Family went to Cracker Barrel on Coors for a holiday dinner The waitress and Manager could not figure out our bill We waited for over an hour to pay The service at this restaurant was horrible If you are going to have a large party such as us,22 people, Find another restaurant The manager and waitress were very incompetent and had no customer service, math or Point of Sales training or skills

Delicious foods reasonable pricing and friendly server!
My mother and I had the pot roast and it both gave us diarrhea. We’re the only ones at the table that got sick.
Okay so this is my second visit to this location Cracker Barrel is usually pricey so I don't go that often but I arrived and I sat at the table by the window and the server came over and started talking to me she was amazing I ordered my food and waited a few minutes not really long but when I got my food my mashed potatoes didn't look at all like the picture it was in some really small saucer and it was extremely hard it was so hard I had to knock on it in front of the employee to let them know how hard my mashed potatoes were and so the lady took the mashed potatoes back and brought me new ones and my server apologized and everything which was great I do appreciate that and I ate my food everything was really good at that point besides the corn muffins these are the worst corn muffins I've ever had in my life they have absolutely no flavor so please work on that you guys but other than that everything else was really good my server was amazing and professional all the other staff members that I experienced that day were very professional as well thanks so much guys!

Been a fan of cracker barrel for years. We use this one frequently. However the quality in the food has gone down substantially. It's hit or miss.We usually get the chicken and dumplings. Last night it was like they dumped the salt shaker on the dumplings and they were inedible. The carrots had no seasoning and no taste. My fried apples were coated in the chicken and dumpling sauce on the same plate. They didn't put them in a separate container like they normally do. I mean my apples were salty and tasted are terrible. Come on guys you can do better.

The only reason why I gave them three stars for service was because everyone was nice. I was greated when I first came in. The lady that sits you was friendly. The waiter was pretty attentive and continued to check in on me The food was cold got the grandma special and it was all wrong and cold. You ask for eggs scrambled hard you get a hard fried egg that is cold. Then the bacon cold and the hasbrown casserole is freezing cold. I guess the cook was waiting for the french toast to be finished and it was warm. I asked to try the grits. I was told I could not try them first I had to buy them. I guess as someone that is from the south I know people in other states don't know how grits should come out. I wanted to try them because a lot of people think that when you add water they are done and that is not how you cook them. I asked if they were done the waiter chuckled and said yes. They were hard and gritty and watery. Good to know the manager is happier to waste a whole bowl than to let some one taste it in a small container. I say the manager because the waiter said he is not allowed to do it per the manager for getting on to him previously. You try to patronize places and it is like they spit in your face. Thank you for the money here is piss poor quality. I just was eating here as a thank you for letting me overnight park. Just while I am here handling business for my company. Sometimes you have to waste money to learn never go back.

We usually stop at cracker barrel locations to overnight in their parking lot. We had dinner and asked if we could stay as there was a dust storm in our travels. They said we could wait but couldn't stay overnight.
Food and service were good, though.
Parking: No overnight stays for RVs
