We always eat at crackling crab seafood boil. But today our service was so terrible. We had to walk out because the people that were waiting on us were speaking about us in their own language. Thank God for translation ear buds. so we just walked out. Rating them terrible service. Treat people with respect and you to will be treated the same.

I love this place and they have rice. Yummy!! I like going to this one.

Crackin’ Crab Seafood Boil is one of my favorite restaurants. The food and service are always excellent. Everything comes out very hot and fresh. The seafood boils are amazing but the appetizers are delicious as well. I’ve been here several times even before they moved buildings and I’ve never had any issues or anything.

Crackin Crab has the BEST SEAFOOD in town!! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an amazing meal and service! You WILL leave here FULL AND HAPPY!!!!

Very very good. Went here with our ALBQ family for dinner and was awesome. They took care of us all. Fast service and a lot of food too I had too share a toss a new drift 2 with my husband and was a lot and we got served by the owner too he was very friendly and good to us all. We came in with a family of 10 and they took care of us. So don’t mine coming back to this location. It’s a lot better than the other location . Love it

Had to wait at least 10 minutes until someone finally came. And shrimp were dry and overpriced

Ordered a bag with crab, shrimp and scallops to-go and discovered there was not a single shrimp in the bag when we got home. Called in the morning, as they were already closed, and was told a manager would call back because she was busy. Waited all day for a call back and nothing. Called later on in the evening and was told AGAIN that she was busy and that she would call me back. WILL NOT be eating here again, the staff obviously does not care about returning customers or cheating customers out of what they paid for. Will make sure to spread the word about our experience too.

I highly recommend trying this location out. The service was excellent! The food was great, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Wait time was minimal for 2 people. The hand washing station outside of the restrooms was convenient. The overall restaurant and restroom cleanliness was up to par.
