I haven’t been to the new location since they opened. Today wasn’t busy but there was only one or possibly 2 people working…… I hate that I decided to come here hungry and ready to eat…. I should take a nap 😴 I just hope the food is as good as it was before they moved…

As a visitor to your establishment, I dined at The Crackin' Crab this evening with a party of 4 who experienced significant dissatisfaction. Our entrees arrived cold, and the appetizers were served concurrently, also at an unsatisfactory temperature. Furthermore, a fire alarm activated for fifteen minutes without any apparent response from management.

waited 25 min and never got seated, was told wait was 5 min. they had plenty of tables open but noticed a lot of people picking up food. waste of time. 1st time and last atb this place.

One of my favorite places to eat! Friendly well informed staff. There is a small wait, but it is well worth it! Best seafood boil in town!👌

The crab had very little meat. The spice was great, so was the service.

Everything was just crabby! By that I mean everything was just great!! We had shrimp, snow crab and scallop boil- crackin hot. Great service!!

Typed out a detailed review but it became a novel.

Long story short, service is horrible. I get it it was packed and every table was being served but our server didn’t even bother checking on our table and we had to keep grabbing other servers for her to come by. Management gave us a lot of attitude when we brought it up and didn’t wanna hear WHY we were upset. Just wanted to jump to “what do you want me to do”. That’s fine. They started checking on us more. They gave us 10% off the whole meal. The food itself was good (cold fries probably from sitting, yes we brought it up). But wow the service is an absolute mess.

The recent reviews about bad service aren’t just people complaining for no reason or making things up like I thought (we’d never before had an issue when they were across the street) and seeing the owners responses to some of them, there’s clear denial that there’s even valid issues recently. Hoping they take the feedback and it improves. Genuinely love this place but after yesterday it’ll be awhile before we go back.
