We always eat at crackling crab seafood boil. But today our service was so terrible. We had to walk out because the people that were waiting on us were speaking about us in their own language. Thank God for translation ear buds. so we just walked out. Rating them terrible service. Treat people with respect and you to will be treated the same.
We ordered the 2 1/2 lb bag with scallops, crab, shrimp. It was fantastic. Some of the best I've had. It's a little pricey BUT it is seafood and they didn't skimp on the size either. Nice large crab, scallops, and shrimp. Calamari was excellent as well. We ate on the patio.Highly recommend.

Crackin Crab has the BEST SEAFOOD in town!! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an amazing meal and service! You WILL leave here FULL AND HAPPY!!!!

I took my daughter for her 16th birthday, we didn't stay to eat we took our food to go but when we got home to open our food come to find out we had one potato one crab leg each. and that was it so for $100 definitely not worth it.

I know the economy is tough but they shouldn't be stingy with their to go cups. I love the food but then at the end of the meal, I ask for a to go cup and the server said they didn't have any and I believed her. But as I walking into the inside of the restaurant from the patio section, I saw a MOUNTAIN of to go cups stacked next to the drink station.

Snow crab in the crackin sauce is always very good here. I've also never had any problems with service when i've been there to eat. However, when making a take out order this evening I was upset to see that my order was not only missing add-ons and also crab. You cant really see if your order is correct in the bag when you pick it up because it's tied shut but maybe I should have taken the time to check. I ordered 2lbs of crab and only received 4 little clusters. Now I know Im not a scale but I've ordered 1lb before and this was exactly the same amount of crab and for 2lbs, no way! For the price you pay I feel that is unacceptable and I don't want to think they are doing these types of things purposely so I'm writing this review to let you know to be aware of this when you are ordering out and check your food, perhaps bring a scale.

I usually eat Angry Crab in AZ so I tried this place. I ordered 3 pounds of head on shrimp, mild, lemon pepper. It was very juicy, shrimp were a good size, and price was the average. The taste was delicious. It definitely compares to Angry Crab. Mild still had a little kick but not enough to keep me from eating and eating! I would eat there again! It was very busy but wait was about 20 minutes , o ordered to go. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Horrible hosts. We were given a pager and we waited 20 minutes before we went back to be seated. The host spoke very poor english and wouldn’t allow us to sit outside despite there being multiple tables open. When we asked why we couldn’t be seated, we were told that the people who came AFTER us wanted to be seated outside, so if we wanted to sit outside, it would be another 30 minute wait. If you are looking for good service and treatment of customers, do not cone to this restaurant
