I am always skeptical about seafood in the desert. However, I thought the crab boil was great and the fried shrimp was good. I would order the fried shrimp again, but I thought they were a tad small and a tad salty. I felt the portion sizes were appropriate and the price was fair. The food server was friendly and attentive. No complaints there. They do not take reservations so I suggest getting there early or late. If you’re craving a flavorful, messy, and authentic seafood boil experience in Albuquerque, New Mexico, this lil place offers some excellent options featuring crab legs, scallops, black mussels, shrimp, and more. It’s certainly not full of crafty ambiance. But, slays in the taste buds.
We ordered the 2 1/2 lb bag with scallops, crab, shrimp. It was fantastic. Some of the best I've had. It's a little pricey BUT it is seafood and they didn't skimp on the size either. Nice large crab, scallops, and shrimp. Calamari was excellent as well. We ate on the patio.Highly recommend.
