So delicious!!!!!!!!! The main person is so helpful and informative. Sawmill is always a vibe. I completely recommend. The Creme brulee is not overly sweet and they also have a pistachio version that is just divine .

I was at Sawmill Market and this was the BEST Crème brûlée I have ever he's. To die for. Too bad I don't live here.Amazing.

Whoa. It takes a bit to stand out these days but let me tell you, CdlC did it. Firstly, the knowledgeable guy at the counter (short, dark hair and glasses) walked me through every single item in the case at my request. He is a GEM! We walked away with three desserts and each one was outrageous! We enjoyed a crème brûlée stuffed croissant with a brûlée'd top-garnished with rose petals on the spot and took the others to go!presentation servicedeliciousThis place is super special. Go enjoy!

Best representation and taste around here! For takeouts, the staff also spread out some flowers petals to upper the look even more! All five of the pastries I got were exquisite. The chocolate mousse was thick in flavor and silky in texture. All the tarts have very fresh crust, fillings were moist but the crusts were not mushy. Every pastry itself is like an art piece. Staff was very friendly too!

IF I HAD 2 words to describe it: Incredibly Amazing! Would be close. Honestly, it's earned!! The Chef took the time to explain each delectable unique work of art to me. And yes, don't be confused, they are works of art!! They are covered in eatable fresh flowers, and served with petals surrounding them. It's a symphony of satisfaction for all of your senses! There was a no set menu, the Chef here changes the offerings just about daily, and incorporates seasonal flavors along the way. But have no fear, you'll love it all! Most appear almost to pretty to eat! But eat them you will! They are worth every penny, calorie, and the trip there to get them!

The pastries here are incredible. I've never found anything else like it! The flavors are amazing and they always look just as good as they taste. Truly each one is like a work of art. They aren't cheap, but the quality definitely comes with the price. Located within Sawmill Market, so there's plenty of seating. Employees are very helpful and take the time to explain every option in case.

Five stars for how creative this family-run shop is. Giving this four stars because of the crazy-high price (almost $20 for a stuffed croissant in Albuquerque) and the flavors. Everything looks incredible and creative, with edible flowers and unique tastes, but still wasn't wow'ed to recommend. The draw here is the uniqueness and that fruit tart, which the cream has delicious flavor and isn't too sweet. But the stuffed croissant was way too almond-tasting (like marzipan), and at these prices, in this city, it's gotta be outta this world!

I'm almost reluctant to share about the extremely spiritual/religious experience I just had at CdlC. A few days ago, I got an email inviting us to try their new pastries celebrating the transition to fall. The cakes on the site looked exquisite, and the descriptions were sensual (I learned that the proprietors photograph and write the descriptions). As my favorite food group is pastries and ice cream, I was extremely excited to return to try more of their creations, which are basically edible art. The foods aren't labeled, which means that the proprietor talks to you when they explain what each one is, thus creating a connection. We ordered 7 items, then retired to a private counter seating area to try all 7.Some words swimming in my head after this visit:VisionKindnessThoughtfulnessThoughtful gesturesAffirmationEncouragement- On this note, I think kindness and positive reinforcement are lovely things to spread in the world, so if you enjoy your experience, I encourage you to tell the proprietors. It's always nice to know that what you're doing is appreciated and that your work is making a difference, and I suspect that many of us feel or will feel that way about this food. I suspect my experience was elevated also by the fact that I had a conversation about the food with the people who work there, and I'm so glad I did.Sunflower/banana tart - Most unique. Met the brief for intro to fall. You can see the care and attention to detail in the piping on top. I learned it was a couple years in the making, and I'm glad the executive chef decided to take the risk and share this successful dish with us. Truly a unique experience. Maple bourbon croissant - most indulgent. Filled with oozy cream. Perfection. A special flavor for them. It was warmed up for us so that we could experience it as intended.Chocolate mousse - I couldn't stop eating it. Literally. My plan was to sample a bit of each item, but I couldn't stop with this one, and suddenly it was all gone. Black granules coated the outside. A hint of light-brown mousse in the middle. It is basically the Les Ténèbres cake, which is an eye-catching chocolate-hazelnut sponge cake with "silky vanilla bean crémeux enveloped by decadent dark chocolate hazelnut mousse and sealed with a pitch-black glaçage."Carrot cake tart - The carrot gel piped along the inside of the tart shell shows how much thought was put into the details.Pumpkin cannoli - a giant cannolo filled with cream of amaretto and pumpkin spices. Perfect for sharing in the style of Lady and the Tramp. Delicious. You're left wondering what you're eating, in a good way.Mousse cake - simultaneously thick and light. A stripe of cherry and an almond flour base.Pumpkin crème brûlée - extremely tasty, but it wasn't caramelized recently, so you didn't get that crack. A great flavor nonetheless.-We had some questions about what we had just eaten. We started talking to the person who initially helped us, then the executive chef joined the conversation. We learned it was a family affair, which made it that much more special. We learned about CdlC's journey from selling crème brûlée out of their car to selling inside a brewery, then eventually opening this store inside Sawmill Market. We learned about the philosophy and inspirations that influence their vision (it's not just seen in the food, one can also see it throughout their entire corner of Sawmill Market). I could see the Chef's Table episode in my mind as I listened. As the chef said, it's not just sugary treats (which is a completely valid and amazing thing on their own); it's a spiritual experience. I'm looking forward to my next visit to CdlC.

The first time I went, I was lucky enough to get the last pastry. It was so amazing, so of course I had to go back the next day. Both times the pastry’s were amazing so delicious never had a pastry so good before. Hopefully I can travel again to New Mexico and get more soon.

This is absolutely delicious. I had the crime brûlée with chile and what a revelation. Also, the orange "cake" was extraordinary. Highly recommended.

Fantastic, delicious, artistic creations! Not what you would normally expect to find in a smaller big city. We got the Quattro Canolli's and one of their cake slices. They serve out of the parking lot behind Marble Brewery 9904 Montgomery Blvd. Only on Thursday & Saturday late afternoon/evenings. Order online to make sure to get what you want.

Hard to find this place with no markings. I tried to find it two times. When I did find it, it was closed. I think if you want to do business you need to make it very clear where you are at what you have and the hours that you are Open.

I purchased several pastries last weekend in Rio Rancho and this weekend in Albuquerque to celebrate an 80th bday. All pastries was loved by everyone. Not only they tasted good but the presentation was beautiful. Bella and the Chef are wonderful

A lot can still change in the remaining part of the year. All you need is a resourceful investment that can change your financial life. I never thought I could make it big on Forex and Crypto trading until I came across the most amazing manager ever. Mrs. Clarice Haynes has been a blessing to me ever since I met her. I started with an investment of $500 and within 7 days, I was able to make a profit of $6,850. I'm very grateful to MRS Clarice Haynes for all her good works, She's indeed a Godsent to me and my family.
