The food tastes excellent. The childlike portion for over $30 is unacceptable!!!!!!! I will not order again from this place because of that!

We were really looking forward to trying this place. Unfortunately our large angry server really ruined the whole experience for us. He was sooooo rude!! He never came back after he dropped the food on the table, didn't clear our plates and the table was VERY small so we had no room. I had to ask him for lemons twice and he acted like he hated us :( I had to get up and go ask the lady at the register for boxes. Never refilled our water. I've never had a worse server in ABQ, it was terrible. It's not that hard to pretend to be pleasant as a server it's your JOB! The food was good but he ruined what would have been a really nice day. At least the lady at the register was kind and sweet but that large angry man with glasses should be working in a prison with that attitude.

I had a very disappointing experience at Curry Leaf Restaurant. I visited this Monday at around 8:00 pm, and the customer service was extremely poor. The person working the shift was very rude and made me feel like he was showing discrimination.

The food was also bad. When we complained, he said he would remake it, but instead burnt the food. When we pointed it out again, he simply said he couldn’t do anything about it.

To make matters worse, he made unprofessional remarks, saying things like “you Indians earn well and think about tips,” while not even providing proper service. He also asked us personal questions that were none of his business.

Overall, it was a terrible experience with both food and service. I would not recommend this place.

Went here with my family while my beloved wife and I were in ABQ for my step daughter's graduation with friends and family. Absolutely wonderful food, decor, and service! 10/10!

The food came out very quickly and the server was also kind and gave us recommendations. We came in and got seated immediately and gave us menus. The price was not that expensive and our bill amount was better than most places.

I’ve eaten at Indian restaurants all over the US, but Curry Leaf in Albuquerque is on a whole other level. As an Indian, this is honestly the closest taste to home I’ve ever had here.

I ordered the Masala Dosa, and Kadhai Paneer with Veg Noodles. We also had Gobi Manchurian as an appetizer, and everything was just perfect — the dosa was crisp, the paneer was flavorful, the noodles had that perfect Indo-Chinese touch, and the Gobi Manchurian was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Even the sweet lassi and mango lassi were spot on.

What I really loved is that their menu isn’t the same basic one you see everywhere else. They have way more variety and unique dishes. If you want real Indian food that tastes just like it does back home, this is the place to go.
