Just had the most lovely experience at the buffet here. The staff was so friendly and helpful when we asked what their vegan options are. They not only pointed out the many options on the buffet, they even made a vegan dish specially for us and brought it to our table. The dosas were a delicious option to have instead of naan. Ambiance and atmosphere was great. Very impressed by this restaurant and will return!

The food here is delicious! About two months ago, my parents were visiting and took me and my friends out. We had previously been to Naan and Dosa but they were closed on Monday so we chose Curry Leaf. We were not sure given the new management but we were pleasantly surprised. The ambiance and service was very good as well. Overall, I would say this is on par with Naan and Dosa, another good restaurant in the area.We ordered Samosas and Pakoras for appetizers, all very good. For the main course, we ordered Tandoori Chicken (Definitely Recommend this), Chicken Tikka Masala, Aloo Gobi, and Saag Paneer. Breads (naan and roti): very good. Be sure to order the mango lassi, it was very popular among my friend group. All were very good and you can order the Saag Paneer without cream so it is not as heavy. If I had to quibble about something, it would be dessert. For dessert, we ordered Gulab Jamun, Kulfi, and Kheer (rice pudding). The dessert were good but not out of this world. The Gulab Jamun was solid but not heavenly. If you want something sweet, order dessert but it is not a must try.In summary, the appetizers, main course, and service was very good. Curry Leaf is better than many of the Indian Restaurants I’ve had in Chicago. Also the decor is solid
Food was finger licking tasty. Best and most fresh appetizers. We ordered samosa, wings. Lamb karahi and bhindi masala.

We had such a great dinner at the Curry Leaf last night. I was so pleased to find my favorite Malai Kofta dish as well as many other delicious entrées. We also had samosas for appetizers that were wonderful. I can’t wait to go back. The staff was very attentive and kind.

I recently had a birthday luncheon here for 14 people. The owner and staff could not have been more accomodating, efficient and kind. The food was great and everyone including my vegans could get what she desired. I highly recommend this restaurant and the alcove is perfect for an event.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie dishes and vegan as wellDietary restrictions: A wonderful place for dietary restrictions. Things are clearly labeled and many options
We were so impressed with the freshness and variety of delicious exciting spices used on all the different dishes!! It was a beautiful atmosphere at night and the service was very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs! The bathrooms were clean and warm in February! Will definitely look forward to more delightful dining experiences at Curry Leaf!!Vegetarian options: MalaKofta and Saag Paneer and several of the appetizers and garlic naan and Marsala tea were SOOOOO good!!!’
