We dined at Dōrothéa Fine Greek on 12/8 with friends. The ambiance was fantastic--beautiful interior with lovely individual table lights to view the menu and very comfortable seating--atmosphere was great to enjoy a conversation with friends. Great craft cocktails and wine by the glass choices--I recommend the Aviation cocktail and Duckhorn wines. The menu offers traditional Greek as well as a variety of other choices. The Traditional Greek salad is fantastic. For an entree, I enjoyed the branzino fish, the feta mashed potatoes, and roasted carrots. Food and vegetables were cooked to perfection by the chef. The service was fantastic--taking care of us, but not rushing us. I heartily recommend this restaurant for a memorable and enjoyable evening.

Wonderful revamp of this great located eatery. The proprietors are welcoming, the atmosphere is sleek and stylish, and the food is wonderful. Our waitstaff was attentive, we can’t wait to return. So happy to have a quality place in this part of town!

Exceptional food and service. Daniel was one of the finest servers I have ever encountered and the family that owns the restaurant treats all of their employees like family. 5 stars = 10 stars in my book.

Good day, we've been going to Mykonos for the last 14 years and always had great food and customer service. We tried Dorothea - Fine Greek for the first time. Results: 1) Our Reservations were never written down, so we arrived Yesterday evening (16 Nov 2024) @ 6PM and were told we did not have reservations. 2) The meal took over an hour to arrive at our table for 4 people. 3) My wife's steak was over cooked. We spoke to the waitress and she credited $9.75 on a $49.95 Dinner (Wow! Nice customer service!!! Sarcasm!!!) 4) Food quality was not as good as the old Mykonos. The Greek salad was some oddball salad without Olives (That's what Greek salads are known for??????). 5) The prices have raised significantly. Now you pay more for poor quality. Very disappointed!!!!! Mykonos was a great place with awesome customer service and good prices. Now Dorothea's is a high priced, low quality, minimal customer service-oriented establishment. For the same money spent at Dorothea's, my wife and I will go to Vernon's and get our money's worth as well as great quality food. Sorry Dorotheas........ We should not have tipped so well to reflect the establishment's commitment to their customers.......

Adorable ambiance. I ordered the chicken kabobs which were not cooked fully. The food was subpar and prices are expensive. I wouldn’t recommend.

Thank you Dorothea and my server Mikie for a fantastic evening unwinding after work with wine and a full meal meal from starter to dessert. The espresso martini cake is delightful, the saganaki is satisfying, and the lobster pasta is a bright and warm meal. Thank you for bringing November in with comfort and peace.

Good food, lousy service, can't eat bar food during happy hour in dining room! Only serves any oysters etc. On Friday or Saturday, we were there I midweek. Also, if they were open for full service lunch they would have a lot more business because this is an "older community". Stupid rules. The owner has a lot of work to do to get this restaurant working properly. Other tables came up to us complaining about the same things! Get it together Dorothea, whoever you are!!!
We'll give you 3 months, then one more try only.

Tried Dorothea and the food was excellent. I had the brazino fish and my wife had the rack of
Lamb. One of the best meals I’ve had in Albuquerque. We will be back. Also tried a couple of cocktails. The Dorothea was made from ouzo and was very good. Have to like licorice. Also tried the sazerac which was very nice.

This restaurant was totally amazing. My husband and I have been to several Greek restaurants in Albuquerque, most are not around anymore. I have to say this is hands down the best Greek restaurant. We ordered the traditional gyro and absolutely loved tasting real meat instead of a mixture of ground lamb and beef. I ordered a Dorthia cocktail not sure about how the thyme would taste. Again I was very surprised about the mixture of Ouzo, strawberry thyme and honey combination. Everyone should try this cocktail. The lady at the front desk was very polite and professional. The waiter was also very professional and attentive he explained our menu options, along with the drink and dessert menu. Definitely going back to try other food and drink options.

Parking: There are plenty of parking options in this area.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible right at the front door.
