We celebrated our adult son’s birthday here, and the food and service were excellent. Food was fresh and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend.

My bestie and I came here for some life celebrations/a girls night and it was perfection! We started with some delicious cocktails crafted by Aliya who provided top notch hospitality. We then got a couple of apps, the tuna tartare and the jicama duck tacos, both phenomenal and packed with amazing flavors. Now we get to the best part.. the grass fed tomahawk steak. WOW. We got it with sides of thier lobster mashed potatoes and mushrooms. The combination was to die for. The steak was perfectly cooked, cut and presented. Incredibly tender and juicy, with a little crispiness on the outside. I was in heaven and so were my tastebuds. 10/10, 5 stars highly recommend Dorothea’s for any occasion!

I ordered halibut. It was cooked perfectly. My date ordered the filet. It was cooked perfectly. However both were overseasoned with pepper and it sort of ruined an otherwise great meal, particularly the filet. Also the mushroom risotto was a bit cold but not super cold. The baklava dessert was wonderful.
Service was good. Big bald guy with a beard did a great job. The young hostess who was doubling as a waitress forgot to bring a knife I requested. Luckily, when I asked the guy he brought me one quickly. Not a big deal.
Ambiance was great. Easy to forget you are in a strip mall in Abq in a building sharing a Subway. They did a great job of making you feel like you are in fine dining establishment.
Id go back and give it another go. Maybe next time I would request they go easy on the pepper.

Daniel was our waiter and he did a great job!
He explained that the fish was fresh and never frozen. It was so worth it for a Valentine's Day dinner treat the shrimp was also jumbo. They weren't kidding when they said JUMBO! Also have been there for the GYROS and those are great too. That will be another visit soon.

Saw this from the road at noon on Saturday. Decided to try it. Walked in and was told they were closed. Great... put your hours on the door.
Post response: Had I been originally searching for it online, that might have helped. However, we came upon it while not living on our phones and actually exploring manually. Weird idea, eh?

I had an absolutely amazing time at Dorothea Fine Greek.
I ordered a fresh cesar salad and was absolutely blown away! The fresh cesar dressing and crisp lettuce made a beautiful salad.
When we walked in, the hostess greeted us immediately and asked us how we were doing that day. She was also very attentive and kind, had our pick up order out within minutes!!

Dorothea (previously known as Mykonos) is one of my family and I’s favorite restaurants in town! Between the service, food, and atmosphere it has been nothing short of wonderful. They have great specials and live music. Their drinks and wine menu is wonderful and not too extensive so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. You can tell the owner and chef really cares for their customers through the detail and care they took to curate a delicious and unique menu. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the ingredients. I highly recommend placing a reservation on Friday and Saturday nights as they tend to be busy. They also have a sister restaurant next door, Meraki. We also love to enjoy breakfast and lunch there as well! Overall, I love to support this local and family owned restaurant.

If you’re looking for the best Greek food in the state of New Mexico look no further than Dorothea Fine Greek. I have personally tried almost everything on their menu and have not been disappointed about any thing I’ve had. My personal favorite is the Lamb Shank Pasta. But if you are looking for a fancy restaurant with a great environment, amazing service, and clean/healthy ingredients then head over to Dorothea Fine Greek! (I recommend making a reservation due to how popular this restaurant is.)

100% a vibe! The shareable menu alone is worth making the trip, duck tacos, grilled artichokes and lamb lollipops are just some that stand out. The hand crafted cocktails are stunning. Everything was done with attention to detail and high-quality. Couldn’t pass up that espresso martini, we will be back!

dorthea is my absolute favorite. mine and my friends favorite place. i love the bar it’s so elegant!!! will is the best bartender, his drinks are unlike any other! best craft cocktails in the city!
Had great fun at dinner. Took my mother, daughter, and her boyfriend. Cocktails came quickly and were excellent. Had a bottle of wine that was not in the menu that was very nice. Shrimp Cocktail, Bread basket, and Saganaki were above average. Rack of Lamb was my favorite dish but the Bronzino was excellent also. Service was spectacular and didn’t feel rushed, they waited for us to finish our courses before serving the next. Will be again soon!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had! When you walk in, you are immediately greeted with such a warm welcome from the hostess. We were sat immediately because we had a reservation which helps quite a bit because it does get very busy sometimes, just shows how good it is☺️! Our server was extremely helpful with the specials of the night and the menu was really well rounded. Our drinks and food were amazing, some of the better and honestly realer cuisine of this city. We started off with the Greek salad that only took a couple minutes to come to the table, it was not like any traditional salad we’ve ever had. It has a very good balance between the sour vinaigrette style sauce and the fresh flavorful vegetables. My main course was a special of the night, the Halibut. Genuinely one of the best fish dishes I’ve ever had, very fresh and tender. It was not dry at all and was very savory. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who hasn’t tried it yet. My drink was the espresso martini, I know a little basic 😂, however this is one of the few restaurants that actually use an espresso instead of flavored syrup. Finally, we ended the night off with the homemade baklava which was phenomenal. The soft sweet kataifi with the crunchy walnuts finishes off the night so wonderfully! Again overall one of the best restaurants and experiences I’ve had. The atmosphere is lower light and a calmer mood. You don’t feel overwhelmed at all and it is not loud at all. There was a singer who was playing the guitar which added great background noise. You just feel really comfortable at Dorothea’s, the staff is extremely kind and patient, the food is so delicious, and you get so much more than what you pay for! I highly recommend!!
