“We love ordering ice cream cakes from this DQ location! They are delicious and their cake decorator has made beautiful cakes for us on multiple occasions. Our kids have asked for some very difficult decorations, including a capybara and a Millenium Falcon, and she has nailed it every time!“
“This place is a dichotomy, great service, fair food but my God, it's in a place that is a rough part of Town.
So much so that they only have drive thru service, the lobby is locked up.
We go there for a treat one in a while and the service is great!
Just don't get out of the car.“
“This location is like most Dairy Queen’s that have limited parking space. We came for the free cones, we added cherry dip to our cones. Service was quick, but I just be wary of how food is handled. I am very observant unintentionally, it’s just how I am. Overall experience was our first time here we give 4 star cause it did take awhile to get out of the full parking lot. And no gloves /hair net being warn by everyone behind the counter. That’s just basic food handling requirements.“

“Go early if you can for a better experience. They are afraid at night and you have to use the drive thru. The delicious treats are good, over priced but still good. All the greedy pigs will wait for hours at that dysfunctional drive thru with slow motion service“
Fast Food • $
“The food was good, but I’m from Texas, I was looking for a Hunger Buster and Fries ?. But the ice cream was perfect ?? and the servers were kind and fast.
****Oh, and they don’t have a drive-through. I’m sure it says that somewhere, but I am reiterating it for anyone else who may miss it.“
“Just left the VA hospital, needed a quick bite before driving 1hr home. Dairy Queen can be a great stop when needed.
L. Lopez was great with my order. Saw I was limping after walking to table to wait on my order. Next thing I know he walked up to my table bringing me my order. They normally don’t do that, because they are busy behind the counter. That is the sign of great customer service. He had no idea what a hard day I had or how great this made my day.
Building was clean, food was hot, bathrooms clean.
My Chocolate dip cone was great as always.“
“South Valley Ice Cream spot. Been coming here for ice cream in the summer since I was a child. Local family owned & ran for generations. Very respectful & friendly to customers. Fast service: drive through or park & walk up to order windows. Deserts only. No fast food.“
