Only one cashier working and about 10 people in line, tall tubby guy with really short hair. With all these people in line he goes in the back and gets a bucket of soapy water, tells all of us "sorry it's gonna be awhile" starts cleaning the store. Lady from the back comes out front and starts taking orders. I order and then get to watch my food just sit in the window. Tubby gets done cleaning and I ask him to get my food, he wants to look at me funny. Seriously???? I was in there 20 mins just to place an order.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Just left the VA hospital, needed a quick bite before driving 1hr home. Dairy Queen can be a great stop when needed.
L. Lopez was great with my order. Saw I was limping after walking to table to wait on my order. Next thing I know he walked up to my table bringing me my order. They normally don’t do that, because they are busy behind the counter. That is the sign of great customer service. He had no idea what a hard day I had or how great this made my day.
Building was clean, food was hot, bathrooms clean.
My Chocolate dip cone was great as always.

The service was very prompt and the Chicken basket was the best!! Food was made very well and not greasy. Menu prices are very fair, Quite a good experience!! This is a good team at this location

Stopped here to have blizzards with friends. Was amazed how long it took to get them. Seemed like employees move in slow motion. Won't stop at this location again.

Mature truck driver. Looked forward to a large ice cream cone all day.Ordered, offered to pay extra for a large. Not a large, medium. Received a medium size. The nice older cashier tried to get them to put more ice cream on. The female worker said, no. I was in shock. As was the cashier. Couldn't believe the complete rude unprofessionalism of the younger female. All I wanted was what I payed for. Second time of small ice cream cones here. Both times I've stopped. Will never stop here againNo understanding or care for customer service. Younger female native has no business, in a businessNever again, here

After all the negative reviews I was a bit apprehensive. The food was hot and fresh and I was given way more napkins than I needed. It’s fast food people, not a five star dining experience.

This place is trash, can't use card at the pump, go inside to pay and wait in a long line to pay for diesel and when my turn comes cashier wants to see my ID , go back to my vehicle and get my id and come back to the store to pay and wait behind 10 people in line. Do your self a favor skip this place and go to the next fuel stop.

I'm a truck driver and I came here to grab a quick bite to eat. I ordered a burger and just wanted bbq sauce on the side for said burger. I was informed that I had to pay .50 more.( I had no change on my whatsoever) Highly disappointed after I spent over $8 on my food that I'd have to pay more just for sauce. Doubt I'll stop here for food again.
