Our burgers were crispy almost burnt on the edges and dried out. The buns were dried out and tough.

We waited probably around 5 minutes at the counter and only saw 1 employee doing her best to fulfill ice cream orders. Then another employee comes from the bathroom to ring us up and seemed to have some difficulty getting the order into the system so we could pay, he even had to flag down another staff member to help. Totally understood in both these aspects. Maybe he's new and we have to have bathroom breaks, so again, totally understood. We ordered a kids meal chicken tender with barbecue sauce, apple sauce, and a water as well as a 4 peice tenders with buffalo sauce. We also ordered a couple of ice cream items. No issue at all with the ice cream items, but the sauces were a different story all together. The kids meal got no sauce and the 4 peice got the barbecue. Again, completely understandable when the location seems to be understaffed or staffed with new hires. I approach the counter again and ask for the buffalo sauce that was missed, the woman on the other end quoted me a price stating if I wanted extra I would have to pay for it. I explained to her I already paid for it and never recieved it. She then insists on pulling up my ticket and double confirming the meal did not come with sauce, as though I did not state that twice already. Seemed she wanted to pick a fight over a 1.5 Oz container of sauce. Still never got the water we ordered with the kids meal, but I didn't want to risk being interrogated for that either and just decided to buy water at the stop next door. Overall, terrible customer service. The historic vibe was nice and the food was on par with what you would expect, but I don't usually get into heated debates over sauce.

When you have a special that is two cheese burgers for $5, and a customer orders two cheese burgers add bacon, thats what you should ring up. That would have been $8. Not $13 for two deluxe bacon cheese burgers. And then the woman wanted to argue about it. Rude customer service. She absolutely treated me differently because I didn't speak Spanish. Where the hell are we again??? Disgusting!

Serious training is needed. My burger was nothing close to the same i get at other dairy queens. I don't think they know what they're doing.

Place was ok the customer service should be better didn’t say hi or anything to me just stares at me till I told her what I wanted and still at that nothing I ordered the chicken strips tossed with honey bbq wasn’t fully covered in the sauce they literally just put bbq on top of the strip the rest is just chicken strips tossed no sauce very disappointing was really looking forward to getting a good meal after driving a 11 hour shift and also the ranch didn’t look right I am glad they didn’t charge me for that

No drinks, when paying for whole meal price. Ridiculous been coming here for so long and this the first time this has happened. I wanted an explanation and Rdelena just stared at me. Another worker came and just said I’ve been here for 6yrs I didn’t ask about that” I wanna know why my 25$ meal didn’t come with a drink”! Even asked if it’s something new and they just looked at each other’s.

The lady that helped me was really wonderful and kind, since this is a travel center I ordered my blizzard and looked around the gas station part of the center when I came back to get my blizzard the young man that asked me if I was number 207 said that my blizzard was in the freezer behind me and was extremely rude about it no smile like if I was a burden. Because of this the atmosphere was very very tense and I felt almost unwelcomed the blizzard with spectacular but I was nothing but polite and was treated poorly.
