I hope no one’s allergic to anything they serve or they might intentionally give it to you, not type it in on the ticket then blame you even though you told them your allergy and had them read your order back to you. I see from reviews this isn’t the first time they’ve given out food people are allergic to and happened about the same time.

SOO Disappointing came here to get royale cheesecake large jinx I even customize them by paying more for some strawberries and was so alarmed that not only did the drink have only two strawberries at the top. I thought the whole center is supposed to be filled with strawberries so I drove all the way back after being upset because I paid $16 for two drinks And they should’ve at least had some of it right but no and all they did was give me a simple side of strawberries to add to it. They couldn’t even bother making the drink again like I’m sorry I’m not going to complain and I spend a lot of money with them. I use my rewards and I didn’t even get a chance to use my points, but this time will be the last time I go to that location because they have horrible customer serviceand need better training on how to make their drinks. Don’t waste your time if I could put zero stars I would.

Original Review: If someone says they have an allergy, your store needs to take it seriously. When my son says he has a nut allergy, you guys need to recognize how serious of a health hazard that is. My son got a Salted Caramel blizzard that he's had before without any problems. TODAY there were NUTS in it. SEE PHOTO. Your ingredients do NOT MENTION ANY NUTS in the ingredients, but whoever made it today ADDED NUTS. When my son tried to complain to your store about it, they told him he ate too much to do anything about it. We'll let me tell you, IT ONLY TAKES ONE NUT for him to have a reaction. AGAIN, SEE MY PHOTO SHOWING SEVERAL and they were all AT THE BOTTOM, where you don't notice them until you start eating them.

Dietary restrictions: THIS DQ DIDN'T CARE ABOUT DIETARY RESTRICTIONS FOR ALLERGIES WHICH IS A MAJOR HEALTH CONCERN.

This is a new facility, clean, good service, good food. By far the best dairy queen visit I ve had in the last 10 or 15 years at least. I would highly recommend.

Dairy Queen what is this?
My mother loves stopping at the location on Louisiana & Montgomery but today she was given this ice cream. When she asked the man in the window if this is what it should look like he stated it was fine. So is this what we should expect the ice cream cones to look like now?
