Hit with chemical cleaner smell as soon as we opened the door. Blizzards were icy, not creamy. Won’t be back.

Sucks because this location is now the closest one to my home. Bad customer service and half assed dipped cones. My dipped cone was supposed to be a med cherry dipped cone in a cup. Instead I got a plastic cup over filled with ice cream with a cone set on top with two scoops of cone dip. I could tell the cone was just added on because there was no ice cream in the cone.
Nothing to eat here at this location. Only desserts and low quality hot dogs / chili cheese dogs. No burgers offered unlike other locations. Both cashiers were very nice and patient with my kids, excellent attitude and know what they are doing. My biggest concern is that there is no protein and vegetables in anything they offer. The hot dog was one of the smallest ones I've ever had, 75% bread and 25% tiny hot dog that wasn't lean beef and probably contains only 6-7 grams of protein. As a guy I need 30-50 grams of protein in every meal. This wasn't nutritional at all and left me hungry. Also, my kids pointed out that the cheese on the chili cheese dog looked very old and stale. I know it's fresh, but the looks were repelling. The desserts were great!

I got the superman ice cream thing and it was really good until i got to the bottom and they put an entirely different flavor at the very bottom and didn’t replace the cup thanks guys!!!
