My family and I have been coming here ever since I was little and we’ve never had a terrible experience until today. Between 4:30 and 4:45, I went there to get two cherry dip cones and I asked for them to be in empty blizzard cups so it doesn’t make a mess on the car ride home. I asked the lady with dark hair wrapped up in a clip working the to go window to put them in empty blizzard up with a long clear lid on top and she told me okay like she understood what I was asking for and she also didn’t let me finish before she walked away. When I received my order, both cones were smashed in small clear to go cups with ice cream all over. The lady didn’t apologize or say anything at all. As someone who works in the restaurant industry and works with customers as well, I would never serve something like that that to a customer and if I didn’t understand certain requests about someone’s order I would ask them to repeat it and make sure I understand what they’re asking for. I’m disappointed that my order didn’t come out correct and for the lack of respect from the lady at the to go window.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I had to wait in line through the drive-through when it says it’s open outside to get to the Speaker And then they let me know that they are closed and now I have to wait till they finish serving everybody in front of me

Rude costumer service! Google says they close at 9. We’re turning costumers away. Refused to let costumers eat their items in the lobby. The ones that did eat in the lobby the employee kept walking by giving warnings about leaving started shutting lights off on costumers and rushing them out. Employees rolling their eyes at costumers that they did need to serve. Being very rude and disrespectful. Ice creams were made sloppy

Ordered 2 Blizzards online at 6:47 pm. Got order at 7:27 pm. Employees were very polite and very busy, but perhaps more training is needed regarding communication or perhaps a dedicated online order area at the counter? Been coming here since it opened in the Montano Shopping Center and I've never had this kind of issue. Hope it can be fixed

The cashier was friendly and welcoming, store was clean and freezers stocked full of delicious treats but the ice cream was subpar. While our blizzards stayed in the cup during a quick flip, it had a melted consistency, was not mixed to the bottom so the top half had ingredients but bottom half was plain vanilla also it was blended to milkshake consistently. I always enjoy getting bites of nuts and brownie or oreos but it had been blended so long that it was easily sucked up with a straw. We were all pretty disappointed ?

This DQ is constantly understaffed. 12pm, 4pm, 8pm. Every time I go here, day or night there is a long line. The lobby does not match the store hours. The employees are clearly stressed at closing. Not worth the effort to go.
