Ridiculous wait time when the dining area was mostly empty. Service was good but not the 1:45 min wait to be seated.

This was our first time to Dave & Buster's. It was a new place and Valentine's Day I think we should of went somewhere else. The appetizer was weird hot cheese with cold toppings. My husband ordered a Burger I had a steak which was ok it had alot of Fat on it though and the sides were Cold it was crazy. It's like the Meat was the only thing they cared about that was up to temp SMH.

Came to eat and celebrate my son's birthday. Had an amazing time playing games. Food was pretty good. It did take a while to come out and it wasn't super busy, but other than that, great time and lots of fun

Saturday 01/11/25 around 4pm my friends and family had planned to celebrate my friends daughters 15 birthday. From the moment all 13 of us walked in we were getting looked at as if we didn't belong..my friend had approached the service counter to ask about being seated he right off the bat said 1 hour to an hour & 30 min. Didn't ask about being split up into smaller groups just gave us that time frame. We walked through the restaurant full of DIRTY tables and empty tables ( and not all of them had "RESERVED" on them) tops could have fit 8 and 6 plenty of them. So we went back up to the host desk and asked of we could just split the tables up instead of seating 14. That was a direct NO. I asked to speak with a manager cause I was watching people walk in in groups of 5, 6 and not having any issues? The host said my boss said 1 hour or longer sorry. So I asked if I could still speak with the manager. He called for Drew he came out with the most DISRESPECTFUL attitude possible as if he was real bothered to have a conversation. So my friend asked about the tables he said he had parties coming in and he couldn't help us. We then asked about tables in the front and he refused to seat us there as there were no reservation papers on the tables he just refused to seat us there. We then said that we could split us our group in the back area if it was easier he said no?? We pointed out that other groups with 5,6 and 8 people were being seated and he said yea they are easier to get in right away? Ok so we are letting him know that we are ok doing that as well. He then got real rude and asked how do you want to be accommodated, how, how while giving real rude body language. My friend said we are ok with being split up as long as we can be in the same area, drew then Said let me see what I can do as if it was a huge problem with all the empty tables while people are still walking in getting seated. Keep in mind we are by the host desk and not 1 party that walked in said they had reservations they just were giving a number of people in group and getting seated While Drew was off scouting for tables my friend just said let's just get cards (14) play cards for now and we will let him know that we can wait since it's a problem. She was standing in line for the cards as Drew came back and said maybe 30 minutes I can get you back. My friend said ok if it's easier we can get game cards no big deal cause we were already feeling discriminated and disrespected not to mention extremely out of place and uncomfortable. Drew went off the handle...he started telling us off and saying what, what what do you want. Of course my friend finally got angry and told him we are just gonna get cards and we will wait. Drew said if you are gonna do that you need to work on your attitude, my friend said you do to. Drew then stopped the transaction of the cards being purchased and said (don't seat them don't sell cards to them either) we asked why and he said cause your attitude!!! My friends husband asked what and why Drew started yelling and getting attitude with him so of course he told him back at this point my friend daughter was in tears and her other daughter was having a panic attack. Drew called the security and they came as well as a off duty police officer who said she saw everything and agreed Drew was completely wrong. There was also a female working at the front desk yelling at my friend just go just go and laughing. We were 100 percent disrespected, discriminated, mistreated and judged for the way our familys and friend's look. I have been trying to get ahold of corporate office in Dallas with no luck as well as getting the knowledge that Drew is the general manager of the albuquerque location. Crazy mostly everyone in albuquerque is Hispanic or at least has it in them but if you look like a "homie" don't go there. DREW is prejudice and very disrespectful. If you ask what his issue is with you he will call the cops and alway his team to disrespect you as well.

This took an hour to get some waiters over, they said it was packed but not many people were here. Food was mediocre, this was a truly bad experience. Lastly, it was super expensive.

It was the old school arcade feel, but for young kids. Since I went with a horde of 8 and 9 year olds, it was perfect.

I ordered a Gluten Free "don't remember what it's called". Like a loaded potato with shredded steak and sauce on it, and a milk. The chef came to our table and said it's not GF because of some of the ingredients. Though it was list as NG (No Gluten). So I ordered a salad with grilled chicken. They brought me a salad with no chicken on it. Plus I reminded them 4 times I need a milk, and my Granddaughter needed her apple juice. After we left I looked at the bill, they billed us for 2 salads. We only ordered 1 salad. Also the place was very empty so it wasn't because of a rush.
