Dave & Buster's Albuquerque

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We waited over an hour and were never seated. When we finally asked what the hold up was, we were told there were “only two servers” and that it was fight night — yet there were plenty of empty tables sitting unused.

What made it worse was the complete lack of concern from both the host and the servers. No apology, no updates, no effort to fix the situation. It genuinely felt like no one cared whether we were there or not.

If you’re short-staffed and can’t seat people, be honest and manage expectations instead of letting customers waste their time. We left frustrated and disappointed and won’t be returning.

It was really fun to game and everything was so so fun the food was fabulous I vote it 5/5

Thank God Dave & Busters was open on Thanksgiving night! Road weary from travel on a holiday we needed some comfort food and a good drink.

I have to be honest the drinks the service and the food were subpar

I had never been here and as soon as my party of 11 walked in they looked shocked as though they never get big parties. The service was not good at all and the food was even worse. The games were ok but a lot were not working. Do not spend your money here if you want bang for the buck it was here go to main event. Way better.

It was good food. But service was slow. And the waiter charged me tip even tho I tipped the waiter in cash....
Be careful when paying..
Waiters are going to cheat you for you money... Which is not acceptable

Wow Dave n Busters has gone downhill the last few year. Came in was seated at a table for 30 plus min, no service at all. Asked one of one the servers and rhe servers. They said he had a huge party. But it wasn't busy and no big tables. They need some serious training here.

Food was ok, not as good as I had expected. Ordered the Philly Roll appetizer, I wouldn’t order them again, we also ordered the ribs and mini burgers, the burger buns were hard. My friend is a vegetarian and ordered the Bean Burger, it came pretty charred and she had to send it back. The drinks were delicious, service was excellent, and the kids enjoyed playing here for a few hours.

Ordered nachos and the cheese was not fresh nor was the topping fresh, the avacasp was brown black served to us. Does this look good to yall? Was not good at all. Plus the cook forgot to add ingredients based off what the menu stated it came with. Poor quality! Definitely a poor quality of “Mountain O Nachos”
