I asked for my buster bacon burger to be well done and for there not to be any pickles or onion the opposite the first round second round, they bring something With blue cheese we do not eat that And it is completely raw3 times it happenedWaiters and waitresses they are super rude unprofessional as well as the manager awful place. Really fun.I haven't been to a Dave and Buster's in ten years. The food is better, the games are worse.Food was fine, about what you'd expect from one of the big chains. Burger was good if a little messy, fries were too oily and soggy.Games are much more in the direction of carnival games for tickets than games to actually play. Probably good for kids as they're much more interactive and physical.Staff was exceptional. A manager was walking by as my nephew almost hit his goal, the manager gave him a free play. My wife is breastfeeding, they let her use the private large room to have a quiet place. Very family friendly.Place was incredibly loud. I travel with earplugs for this situations, but would have been unhappy without them.All in all, a great place to have a special outing, especially with pre teens.-- The games can be expensive. We spent ~60-70$ on tokens coming in the door to play games on top of the meal. As of April 2024 you can get gift cards at places like Costco at a discount to help mitigate the expense.Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly. Very loud though.

We came to enjoy a throwback to our first date over ten years ago. We were disappointed. Our server, Rebekah came to our table a grand total of 3 times, the last was only because I ordered a drink. My sides were plated long before my entree was ready and we're cold. The manager came before our food arrived and then not again to see how things were. We had to locate the manager to even pay and she showed up one last time claiming the computer is too slow. Overall, highly disappointing. Two stars only because the flavors were delicious.

Got ripped off by the games told an employee he fixed the machine and when I asked about a refund he took my a swiped it agian the VR star wars game shut down just as it gets going so we bailed food was OK at best service took 30 mins to pour a beer the one saving gace was the waiter only been there for 2 weeks run the entire bar while management does idk ?♂️

A lovely date night! Their backwoods lemonade was so delicious for those of age to drink! We also had happy hour $5 queso fries as well! So worth it! Walked around with our drinks & played games (they have tables laid out around the building for your drinks next to the games).Bartenders here deserve so much praise!! Delicious drinks!! Will come back for date night!Parking: Right outside of location!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, just don’t sit at the bar! Plenty of games for all ages!
Waited half an hour for our food and was served this. The burger literally tasted of charcoals and chemicals so we sent it back, waited again for another 20 minutes to receive the new burger which we than asked for it to be “to go”. Disappointing experience.
