The service was so good, great prices on food and drinks. The meals were good, entrees done nicely, the sides could use a little help. My broccoli was cold and undercooked. The ambiance was exactly as expected- casual and comfortable. Definitely will go back.

We were there for Happy Hour. Had the fish and chips great! To finish the meal we split the biscochito with ice cream-fabulous.

Sadly the food now is similar to Apple,bees, initially it was better than that. You don't serve the tail portion of salmon, EVER. Could be the supplier, or the fact that the owner is focused on his new location. Plus side is the bartender at this location makes an incredible old fashioned. Go to the bar for drinks. Skip the food., for now.

My first time there was shortly after they first opened the location. The first thing I noticed is the owner personally attending to the door. He greeted us & sat us himself. I'm big on customer service so this was important to me. I went and had breakfast with my kiddo. The bourbon pancakes were delicious. The location is a little hidden but close to home. It was clean & tidy real cute place which we now frequent for breakfast or brunch. I will be going soon to try lunch or dinner.

We had a California Club! And yes I took one bite into my California Club big chunk of ham and turkey came out, hit me in the chin because it was full of nerves. It was not tender. I prefer my Club sandwich with shaved meat not big chunks of turkey and big chunks of ham with a nerve that you cannot chew or eat. The turkey in the Club sandwich was huge pieces of turkey that had no flavor. We took our club sandwich apart and eat everything separately. We had to search for the bacon. Typically when we have a club sandwich, we bite into it and all the meat is tender and delicious you don't bite into a sandwich and all the meat hits you in the chin. The whole sandwich fell apart. It was really hard to eat . Then you have to take it apart because the whole piece of ham was full of nerve. I think they need to change their sandwiches the way they prepare them. I wish I would've taken pictures of the sandwich. It was one of the worst club sandwiches I've ever had. The service was awesome like always we do go to Dave's. I always get the Thanksgiving turkey and I should've stuck with that but I thought I would try something different and I really regret it.

Had dinner with co- workers after searching for a place to accommodate everyone's taste. You can't go wrong with Dave's. The service was excellent, the food was amazing, the price was reasonable! I'm going to make this a frequent place to eat and also to bring visitors to.

YUM! Everything we ordered for brunch was delicious, hot and fresh! The service was quick, respectful, and friendly. It's very clean inside and they have a nice separate bar area away from dinning.
The food was great and service good. Even though the bar was closed at 3PM the bartender put the football playoff game on and served my husband a drink. This was above and beyond and we were appreciative. The only drawback was that the restaurant dining area seemed liked they were preparing to close although they were slated to be open until 8pm.

The food was very good. Large plate. Good value. The service was terrific. Cool atmosphere, paintings from local artists on all the walls. I highly recommend Dave's Valley Grill.

A neighborhood restaurant that has terrific food, friendly staff, comfortable ambience. My husband had the meat loaf-so tasty with a rich dark gravy, mashed potatoes and grilled corn and I had the Swiss mushroom burger, side of coleslaw. Honestly the best restaurant meal we've had in Albuquerque in ages. We're picky and we've been back to Dave's several times for the good food and to see Haymish, a personable and knowledgeable bartender and server on occasion. He's got a great dry wit and treats us well. We'll be back!

Was invited to eat here for breakfast for our company Christmas meeting. Was pleasantly impressed with the quality and freshness of the food. I will have to come back for dinner some time soon. The atmosphere is great, clean and great customer service. What else can you ask for?
