Cashier was asked to check to ensure there was someone in restroom. No one was answering and it had been locked for a long time. Stated a staff was in there. After several knocks and a long period of time more than 15 minutes staff came out with an annoyed look and looking at phone. Appeared staff was chillin in there. No odor followed to suggest using restroom for intended use. Customer who'd been waiting a long time went in. Another person came in the establishment within a couple of minutes carrying a miniature dog urgently needing to use the restroom requested counter person open the restroom. Staff grabbed a key and proceeded to immediately open the restroom after a short tap. Several times the staff had to be practically yelled at "someone's in there". Poor lack of response to high paying customers.

We just got done eating here at this establishment, it was the most hygienic place I have been to! And the food is very delicious! This place is WAY better than Taco Bell! I really recommend this location as well, the staff are friendly and respectful, the food was out at a very good time, we got served first with barely any time waiting, I just love this place, this is my first time eating here, and now I'ma come back as much as I can!! Keep it going guys!
Late night taco run!!! I thought the tacos were bigger. They're like 2 bite tacos. They hit the spot. I just wish we got more for their price. 10 tacos at 3/4 size for the same price of Taco Bell Grande Pack of 12 tacos. I actually like Del Taco more, but I do feel like I'm missing out.

I ordered the 3 for $7 Beer Battered Fish Tacos. I was surprised to find the tacos were more the size of street tacos and not full size tacos. The sign in the window is a bit misleading, the sign shows what appears to be full size tacos. The tacos were good, but I was expecting them to be bigger than they were.

OK, I'm late to the party . I have passed a hundred or more locations and never stopped. I'm not normally a fast food guy, but i was hungry and was on the move, so we pulled in . Dang, I have ben missing out . food was good as well as the service. So if you're in doubt, give them a try, and you will be surprised .

So disappointed with my service I got tonight. I just started using the online order within the last couple of months. I had ordered 7 tacos. 3 crispy Chipotle sauce 4 soft ranch sauce and crunchata. The crunchata didn't look pleasing. The tacos all came soft. Gross. I made the order and know I chose the options correct. Since now everything is done online one can't complain so I'll rate you. Had never had this issue.

I got the nachos with carne asada lastnight and today I woke up with food poisoning you guys suck and should really watch what you feed to people .never coming back .
