24/7. Serving people inside but won’t let our crew into eat. “Staff left early”
I came a few weeks ago and it was complete waste of money i shouldn't have paid for it but I did i got the nacho appetizer and the cook literally put five chips in it so for the nacho appetizers, I got two chips, and my girl got three 🤣 other than that the food had no flavor and you could tell no effort was put into trying to make a nice dish. times are changing i will definitely never be going back to any denny's ever again they are closed down to me

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent visit to your establishment. Last night, I had the unfortunate experience of dining at your #8881 Dennys, and lets just say it was anything but enjoyable.
First, my server, Zachary C, seemed to have a personal vendetta against the concept of customer service. I sat there with an empty glass for most of my meal, apparently invisible, until miraculously he decided I deserved a refill right as I was about to leave. At that point, what was I supposed to do? Chug it on my way out? Not exactly the kind of thoughtful service one hopes for.
Then, when I had the audacity to ask for extra gravy, you would have thought I was asking him to handcraft it from scratch. The attitude, the sigh, the sheer reluctance - absolutely unnecessary. If asking for a little more gravy is such a burden, Id hate to see how he reacts to an actual request that requires effort.
Overall, the service was terrible. Its one thing to have a bad day, but its another to take it out on paying customers. I expected better, and I sincerely hope this isnt the standard at your restaurant.
I want to add that I, too, work in the service industry, and I always tip generously because I understand how difficult the job can be. But service like this makes it really hard to justify. I still left a tip because thats just the kind of person I am, but trust me, it was out of principle, not because it was earned.
And let me also mention that this was around 8:30, there was one other table there, and the cooks children had there tables all the way turned up it was so very annoying. They were running around the whole time being loud as can ever. Hope management see’s this and checks the cameras because personally, this was some Bull.

Myself and another arrived about 2am. The waitress was rude, walked around to avoid us, ignored us, then was verbally rude to us once we were acknowledged. We were treated as if we were homeless walking in off of the street, and could not afford to be there. Others around us were sleeping in their booth and were treated better. Bad service, bad wait staff, bad experience!

As with many other places these days. "How can we get the cheapest food products at the lowest prices and make the customer feel they are getting a good deal?" With that said, it is superior to fast food.
We stopped in late one night. One girl running the whole show aside from the cook. She did amazing.

The server tried to charge for an adults cup of juice when it was a child's juice and the food came out stuttered but other wise great

Waitress didn't wash her hands after using the bathroom today. Went in at 215pm-ish. I would not recommend this location. Gross.

Made an online order and was never notified that maintenance was being done and that the store was closed and now getting the run around for getting a refund. Don’t make online orders or make payment at the cashier’s desk.

The managers have poor standards for their employees. Food, service, and atmosphere is based poorly not a very secure employer. The managers are self righteous towards their guess.
