One of the better Denny's in Albuquerque. Food was a little fresher, location was well kept and very clean. The server was awesome to our group. Always kept our coffee full while doing consistent check-ins without being overbearing.

Ordered their Grand Slam special for $5.99. I enjoyed it and it was a bargain for the price. Also shared some ala carte crepes. They were yummy. They were busy so it took awhile to be served but not longer than I expected. The server knew what he was doing.

Rey was awesome, I order pancakes with bananas but he was out. He saw the delivery truck rolling by and instead of having me order something else he told me to “hold on”. he got me some bananas! He kept my drink full and with a smile and great personality.

I've had two bad experiences with this location but my third visit was enough to leave 5 stars. My spouse and I decided to give it another shot (plus, there's not much to pick when it comes to 24 hrs restaurants in Albuquerque). We had a late dinner Friday evening and they were extremely backed up due to short staffing. Our server Ray was absolutely amazing!! Unfortunately I can't remember the cooks name, but both gentlemen did an amazing job by doing the best they could, despite them being short staffed. Ray was extremely attentive, kind and he went out of his way to bring crackers and gold fish snacks to my spouse who was already getting light headed from hunger. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious!! The cook did an amazing job. Ray, if you're reading this, my spouse and I can't thank you enough for your courteous, amazing and kind service. This location is not always the best when it comes to service, but I beg to differ on this particular evening. Great job!! Amazing service!! Good food!! Thank you gentlemen. Hope to see you again soon.

Horrible!!! Do not come here at night!!! Ordered strawberry shake, 20 min later was told that the strawberries were defrosting. Then was told that there was no meat for the nachos we ordered and that it was going to be taken off the bill, what a shocker it was still there when we went to pay. All this while the four employees that were here were just talking in the back with literally 9 dirty tables all around us! DO NOT COME HERE!!!

This location didn't wait on customers before getting drinks for others. I would seat customers before taking drink orders the location wasn't really busy. This was on March 8. Thank you Lisa I will return hopefully soon for a better experience

This was the Denny’s I always chose to come to before any other in Albuquerque.I’m sad to say that in the last few visits, it has gone downhill significantly.I showed up Sunday noon-ish with my niece & nephews as I wanted to treat them to breakfast before spending the day together as I don’t often get to, due to a busy work schedule.Upon arriving, one of the front doors was shattered so we walked around to use the other one, no big deal being that it’s Albuquerque.However, once inside, I was completely turned off to not be greeted by either worker at the front. One of them, a busser/server, it seemed like with shaggy, outgrown hair, looked at us and walked away without saying a word. Nobody came to help us for about 10 minutes. Not even to let us know someone would be with us shortly.So I started to look around & was even more put off by the environment they had people dining in. There were not one, not two, not even 3 but 6 dirty tables that had not been cleared. Full of dirty dishes all over.Mind you, we are the only people waiting at this point & nobody is anywhere to be seen. I strongly contemplated leaving but my niece and nephews were set on pancakes & we had already driven across town to eat here.Shortly after, more parties start arriving and FINALLY workers start bussing tables.The busser mentioned earlier, the boy with shaggy hair, walks up to a table, grabs the cash tip from it & as he’s about to WALK AWAY without clearing it, he sees me staring at him. So he turns around and grabs just a couple plates from it and leaves. He never returned to finish cleaning the table. Instead, he starts making rounds at other tables as if to beat other bussers to the tips meanwhile a lady busser came out to finish whatever he didn’t.The lady busser I’m mentioning ended up being our waitress. She was amazing & is truly the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. Once seated, the service was great & the food was also good.But the experience as a whole has definitely put me off from ever returning to this location as it felt pretty mediocre.The busser with shaggy hair left such a bad taste in my mouth as far as tipping cash. I didn’t even feel safe tipping cash out of fear that my server, who worked for it, wouldn’t get it, so we just tipped on the card.Some time management & customer service training would probably improve the atmosphere significantly.Won’t be back to see it though. Just hoping they really take these reviews into consideration.
