At the start of the meal our server was forgetful with our drinks, took at least two minutes between 2 milkshakes. Once we got our food there was a hair in our skillet and half of the food was forgotten. Once we got our side salad there was a moldy tomato right on top, impossible to be missed. As we left after paying for the milkshakes, the hostess had the audacity to call us rude for not being satisfied with our meal. Will not be coming back

Bad experience all around with food served less than warm and being taken back to microwave. No refills on coffee/tea. Was unable to eat the food because the bacon and sausage 1. Wasn't warmed 2. Was saturated in what tasted like old grease. The syrup for the pancakes (which were barely warm) would not pour so the waitress took the cap off ( the syrup was in what looked like a cooking oil glass bottle) and placed it directly on the table (with syrup draining off onto the table), and said this is how it's to be poured...the crepes were not warmed and had to be re-warmed in the microwave and the strawberries were soggy. When I confronted the manager he said the strawberries are cut fresh every morning. He gave a 10% Discount and a free coffee card to me. Won't be going back again. I feel completely ripped off by this restaurant and the manager didn't seem to care about it.
This Dennys is reliable good and the staff act like family when your a regular.
