Closed!!!!
This entire staff need to be fired, they are useless the staff was sitting around clearly high on something. The dinner room was empty and they are so busy sitting around they just closed the dinning area. I went back in to see every ten minutes if they are taking people and they are still sitting in the same spot over a 3 hour period. What a disgrace to the dennys name.

Diego was our server. I was really impressed on how he did not have to question who ordered what, he served the meal to the appropriate person. Diego was very courteous and prompt as well.

From My Facebook Post . . . .
Albuquerque, New Mexico Are Not Tourist Friendly.
People travel for both work and leisure. Most often a tourist is interested in savoring the spices and sauces familiar to local residents and on the menus in local restaurants.
There in the menu a new taco skillet. Could this be a familiar dish many New Mexico residents enjoy?
Oh WAIT . . . . Where is the restaurant staff in Denny’s?
Denny’s In Albuquerque New Mexico
I don’t understand how a place with a tourist sounding name can employ an entire crew who are not familiar with customer service or tourism.
I sat in the restaurant hostess area for approximately thirty minutes and not one employee was out on the floor, greeting and taking care of the three customers in the restaurant before I arrived.
Yep, I said something and I made my point in my business oriented manner.
How you’re going to promote your new taco skillet inside your menu and every person who works in the restaurant hides in corners or in the kitchen. Tell me how is the restaurant making money if the manager is not training the associates in sales and marketing?
New Mexico, specifically Albuquerque is not tourist friendly. If I wasn’t here working, I wouldn’t visit Albuquerque, New Mexico. The people are very, very different.
Although the atmosphere and the service were lacking the expected greetings and attention to customer service, the food was tasty. My taco skillet was better than I had expected. Therefore, I rate Denny’s Restaurant inside of the Flying J Travel Center, Albuquerque, New Mexico 3 stars.
Worst Denny's probably in Albuquerque it's like they have the same person cooking, serving, and seating people. Waited to be seated so long i just left waste of time.

Nice place for a sit down meal. I had the Bourbon Chicken and it was delicious. My friend had one of the burgers. The server was friendly and very helpful.
Being co-located with a truck stop, it's a little more spare than their typical locations.
But I would definitely dine there again.

The food was terrible. We won't be coming back here. I ordered Steak and Eggs, medium rare, and eggs over medium. Egg were fried to a crisp with no yolk. The steak was well done. We waited so long that we just settled for the poor quality. My daughter ordered brisket and those were tough and hard to chew through. We're kind of bummed. Dennys is one of our favorite places. We'll just stick to the RR location
Denny’s getting out of my list for food restaurant specifically this one one server for all and sit me to a dirty table asked nicely to wipe didn’t even bother so i sit to other table myself he was walking and showing attitude waving his head, and as expected food came out fine except bread was not fresh and grilled on a dirty grill was all blacked out broccoli was in a bowl with full of water. This restaurant needs a good management or i guess everyone accepting it as a Denny’s standards already

Prices online are incorrect. Just be aware they don't have Prices on their menus that they have available for Togo orders. Also I had multiple employees look at me yet I had to flag someone over to place a Togo order.

If you want to waste your time this is the right place. If you want to yell at someone and have them ignore you, this is the right place. If you want to go to the bathroom, I can't guarantee that you will be able to, this bathroom even has a security guard so that you won't be able to go to number 2 because they don't have water. I gave it 1 star because I couldn't do less and after more than half an hour I'm still seeing what else I'm about to witness.

I'm writing a review for the first time at the Albuquerque Denny's. I got treated by the nighttime manager as less than second class person. I've gotten really good service from Denny's employees except for tonight unfortunately it's Christmas Eve. This so-called manager all she did is take my order and then tell me she couldn't do the minimum service for my order. Another waitress had to take care adding A1 sauce to my order something that the manager could not take care of herself.

As a regular but infrequent visitor to this Dennys, certain patterns emerge. They won't buy potatoes for Skillets. Nobody called out, Dennys just staffs sparingly even on weekends. Even when the restaurant is empty, the 15 minute wait sign is posted, and nobody gets seated. Of course the parking is a complete mess with vagrants, homeless, and panhandlers.
