Hello,
Wow, my first time at Rio Bravo Denny . Mr.
Angel and Ms. Abby attended to me during my visit. They were awesome, as well as the cooks. A robot brought out my food and Ms. Ms. Abby put it on my table and make sure everything thing was ok.

My order was exactly or even batter what I order, what an awesome experience. They were very efficient, my coffee cup was never empty. She made sure it was full at all time.
From the moment they took my order I felt that I was going to have a positive and pleasant experience at Denny.

I really appreciated their above and beyond services. Also, they were very pleasant to talk with. What I’ve experienced tonight I have not seen or experienced in a long time in the food industry. They are definitely an asset to the company.

So, when you get a chance, please visit these two wonderful people who are good what they do, at our local Denny here on Rio Bravo, SW.

Please remember, majority's of their salaries relies on “Tips”. So, please remember to show your appreciation for their hard work and services they provide you.

Parking: From my experiences I would recommend to sustaining what you are doing now from what I’ve experienced tonight. I strongly believe you have two individuals that I came in contact with during my visit who are very proud and take ownership on what they do.
I always believe to sustain great people they need to be rewarded and recognized there dedication to the establishment. I do hope Mr. Angel and Ms. Abby do get a raise and bonus.

On the other hand, an improvement that I’ve recognize is when you exit or leave the restaurant to go west, you can’t. You have to drive east on Rio Brovo and then make a
U-turn. For now it’s manageable. However, I do hope the city staff have a Master plan to improve or remedy the situation.

First time I went to this Denny's was really good second time I went was not as good as the first time and the third time was really bad the server did not know what she was talking about she didn't have any information about the items that were on the menu she had to keep leaving to go ask someone the answers to my questions which were simple questions like what's on this or do they have this or that and I kind of felt like she was new which is understandable but at the same time my food did not come out right when she brought me the first plate it was so not what the menu stated or look like at all and so I changed my mind about the item I was going to have and ended up getting something totally different but I wasn't satisfied at all with this visit and I probably won't be back anytime soon one of the managers there had lied to get me fired at a different Denny's so that's probably something saying that I shouldn't go there

The prices don’t match website prices. They force to buy a minimum of 5 dollars even if it’s pick up. I would understand for delivery but it’s ridiculous that this restaurant it’s charging more for the same pancakes you can get from another Dennys restaurant just because you order on the phone/online.

I usually obtain great service in the Denny's located in Santa Fe and the Coors & I
-40 location in Alb. Being that this location is new and that it is super close to home. It made me sad to experience that the service was not set to the sister stores' standards. The kid that served us needs more training. Left us to eat with no silverware I had to ask for siverware the first time, and my wife had to remind him a second time, but by the time he showed up with silverware the food had already cooled down. I then asked for a steak knife because the butter knife was not cutting the steak correctly. The kid replies that he was sorry but that they were dirty and that they didn't have any to bring out. No efferts what so ever! I asked him for dressing for the salad and he forgot it. I had to eat the salad towards the end when he finally showed with the dressing. I'm big on tips for service. I start with $40 cash besides what the ticket stacks, and I work my way down with every infraction it costs the waiters $10. I usually get to gift my waiters the $40 because I know that is a tough job, and being in the customer servìce it's the right thing to do. He landed himself a full $3 tip from my wife, which he did not deserve, but the gal that was serving the table across us, I took notice that she was on point. Her customers didn't leave anything for her, so I placed $20 on her table. The way she went to her Mgr with a smile telling her that she earned $20 on a tip was all worth it. I truly hope they staff up with good waiters because the restaurant is really nice and they have good parking. This Denny's has potential.

On my opinion as a guest the 4 parts it's really good service.
1-hostes she is very good morning at the moment to select your table and check out too.
2- Service at floor home name is Anthony and him team have a customer service professional and polite goals set up.
3- Food on my personal experience around to other Denny's the food is really tasty and on time so it's very good open.
4-Drinks on the same line.

Walked in the host see me an my lady walk in says nothing to us doesn't even acknowledge us then a couple walked in 2 minutes later an was seated still before me well stating at the front horrible first time here an the girl seems very rude definitely won't come back

10:41 PM on a Friday night. 6 tables occupied. Seated and waited for someone to take our order. Lots of staff standing around talking to each other with wait staff nowhere to be seen. One table of 3 didn’t want to wait anymore and walked out. Apparently, “there was some confusion on who was gonna take the order.” Chicken fried steak was extremely dry and overcooked. The burgers, though, were excellent!! Waited 10 to 15 minutes for the waitress to come back to order desserts. After about 5 minutes was told they are out of apple crisp. The Lava Cake had no lava and the chocolate was burnt. How does that happen? It was obviously also overcooked. Oh well, so disappointed. The service could have been WAY better. They are too occupied in the kitchen and elsewhere than to help the customers! If you look at the bottom of my ticket you’ll notice the charge for the non-existent Apple Crisp! I really don’t want to come back here!!!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: My wife was in a wheelchair. The waitress wanted to put us where my wife would be in the middle of an isle. I had to ask for a different table where she wouldn’t block anyone walking by.
