Good food but they should honestly be embarrassed about the staff they keep. When we walked in, one of the guys was yelling at someone about how they rung up a ticket and screaming that a customer isn't always right. Im definitely a believer in that camp, but it definitely wasnt aprippruate to be publically yelling. My husband and I ordered a sandwich to split, and we had one modification. It was written on the ticket by the cashier. When we got the sandwich, it was without modification. My husband brought it back and asked if it could be fixed. Commence a very public temper tantrum where this worker balled up the sandwich and threw it. He then yelled at my husband to order a different sandwich next time. The way all of the workers were just chill with this man utterly losing his shit over a mistake he made tells me this behavior is apparently considered acceptable. I think if my husband or I had been disrespectful about the mistake, it would have made sense to get defensive. Or if it was against policy to make a modification and we demanded it. But we were polite and patient while this man screamed at my husband. Gross behavior. And a mediocre substitute sandwich.

OMG YUM, Best Philly I've ever had. I highly recommend. The bread had the most satisfying crunch, the cheese was nice and gooey and the ribeye was cooked to perfection.
