Salmon delight and New Mexico rolls were fantastic. Our sever made some great recommendations too.
I took my foodie/sushi snob who lives in Santa Fe to Diaz Sushi and he absolutely loved it! The freshness and flavors were fantastic. The staff were so helpful, kind and friendly. It's totally worth the trek downtown.
Amazing atmosphere with amazing staff and delicious food. Can’t wait to go back!
