This is the second time I come to this location and man I gotta give credit to the gentlemen that works there he’s there on his own by himself taking orders making orders holding it down this dude is calm professional and handling business great everything I hope he gets recognized by management doing a great job

They still were out of some sides like salads...and orginal sauce. The large sides that came with meal were the size of smalls anywhere else!!!
10/14/25----This time the brisket was mostly burned black as all black and the server had the nerve to serve it to me, all covered up of course! The tables were all dirty with dried bar b que sauce and meat. She was too busy carrying on a personal ph call ! And especially when I went over to ask for a bag, I stood by her for about 5 mins and finally I had to ask for it! Wow! I used to love it because it was homesome, not too bust, clean, polite, and good barbque. But, I really doubt going back again. You all really need to do some upgrading in all at your restaurants!!!!! They're becoming a rip off to even eat, seat there!!

$21 bucks for 2 meat and 2 sides and you get a 2 bite meal. Seriously dickeys has gone down worse than chipotle with their servings. I’ll stick to Rudy’s BBQ. More meat for same price.

This place is amazing the staff is amazing. The cook is so attentive and makes every plate amazing. We have come to this place four times and will continue to come here again. They make us feel at home.
It's sad that the employees don't get their tips from the corporate office. These people work hard and are very welcoming to us and everyone who we've seen com in to eat

The service was ok. I was disappointed that the mashes potatoes were scalding hot when served but the mac and cheese was normal hot. I took a big bite of mac and cheese and it was good. Then I took a big bite of mashed potatoes and burned my tongue really bad to the point I couldnt taste my food anymore. The turkey i got was juicy from the 1 bite i took. I told the lady at the counter I burt my tongue really bad on the mashed potatoes and she should tell customers to be careful. All she said was, Oh yeah the potatoes were on too high on the stove, I just turned them down. Didnt care i burnt my tongue. Very upset about this! Be careful when and if you go there!

If I could leave zero stars I would.
I was told this place was one of the best in Albuquerque and that is far from the truth. My family and I ordered food and we waited a very long time but not only the waiting the customer service was very poor they had a random person walk in behind the counter and make themselves food and left well everyone was waiting for their food to be served and the lady there kept asking what it was we got because she forgot the atmosphere was just not something a family would enjoy or dine at. When we got the food it was old burnt and not even feedable to my dog just would not recommend or ever eat there again.

Should have left my review on here. I also have a review about this place on my Yelp account. It was about a week ago, probably the same lady as another review on here. She was rude and slow. I could not understand what she was saying due to several teeth in her mouth missing. The food was horrible. The Brisket was beyond burnt. Wanted dry ribs , we got a ton of sauce on them , looks like to hide how burnt they were, also our sides tasted watered down and did not look right. My roommate got the spicy sausage and it smelled funny and it felt sticky and hard on the outside like it was old. We got takeout so we didn't see our food until we got home. I wasn't going to bother going back just to go through the same thing. We just called it a loss. While waiting for our order, the place was filthy,The tables were dirty and the lady seemed to be more into her phone then maybe doing her job. I will start looking at reviews from now on before I go out to eat anywhere else. What a shame.

The food is good, but when i went in at 7:30 p.m. and was told that the dining room was closed I was rather disappointed, especially since the online hours started that would still be open for an hour and a half. I'm not sure if this was a one-off due to the staff working that evening wanting to clean up and get out fast when closing time actually came or if the listed hours are incorrect, but not wanting takeout we left for a different establishment.

Would definitely not recommend this restaurant. Rude service and bad food. Tried to give it a chance but both times made me wonder how this restaurant was still open. 🤔

Save your money. Tea was several days old a tasted it. The no flavor brisket on my giant potato was burnt and not blackened and smoked. The food had an odd color. And the cheese sauce was watery while the potato should have cooked longer.
