We were excited to try and new BBQ place in ABQ. We came in on Saturday 02/22/25 @ 12:35 p.m. and the woman behind the counter was so rude! She said that they didn't have all the sides cooked yet and didn't elaborate when asked. When my husband tried to ask a question about one of the combo meals she snapped at him. We left and went to Rudy's and had a GREAT meal! AVOID this place!

The food was above average but not great. And the sides are so so as well service was okay as well. The portions I think could have been a tad bigger for the price that they charge, but of course that is my opinion only

I always order the same thing, spare ribs, and the quality always varies. Sometimes the meat is succulent and rich, other times it is dry and crusty. I like the flavor when they are made right.

Got a pulled pork sandwich and got to pick my own sauce and condiments to put on it, the meal was good.

Came here for dinner tonight. The staff were helpful and friendly. Provided their recommendations from the menu.

I ordered the Pulled Pork sandwich with a side order of mashed potatoes and white gravy. The pulled pork was dryer than I’m used to. The mashed potato and gravy were okay. Over all the food wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t good either.

This will be the only time I visit here.

This is the 6th time we come to this restaurant and they always out of ribs because they don’t get them cooked on timely

Delish barbecue, friendly and quick service, and just the right amount of heat in the polish kielbasa!

I needed to order stuff that was gluten-free and they hooked it up with tender rich brisket, sausage, beans and greens. The shop owners were on the line when I was there; they give a damn about good food and community, and it shows!

Vegetarian options: The menu has a veggie plate of your choice of all sides; easy, no hassles.

Dietary restrictions: Dickeys‘s website has a menu with all the allergens, the meats are all gluten-free and so are most of the sides, and all the BBQ sauce; just make sure you don’t get bread/toast!

I tried to order 2 combos. Which is a sandwich, a fry and a drink? The board said it was $10.49 a piece. The lady taking my order told me my total was 35.??. I said, no I just ordered the combos. She said, which one's, the platters with the two sides? I said, no, it says it's just a combo. She said, oh those those prices aren't right.There are 15.??. At that point I was frustrated and had to leave. How is your meal gonna be over $5 more dollars than the listed price?

The food was amazing i didn’t get to catch the ladys name that was working the night I went but bless her heart! She was working alone and had to call her sister to help her out for closing time. Everything was on point! I’ll make sure to stop here again next time I visit.

This place has gone downhill in major ways.
We went to get food. There weren't any other guests there, probably due to the lights looking like they were off. The woman working was clearly on drugs, and no, it wasn't Marijuana. The food was cold and tasted like it's been there all day. Really disappointed spending 118 dollars on dinner for it to be absolutely disgusting is rather irritating.

Brisket was dry. Mac n Cheese was bland. Mashed potatoes taste funky. And the portions are tiny. Won’t be returning.

The exhaust fan at this restaurant has not been working for a couple of weeks. Therefore, you cannot sit in the restaurant to eat because it is smoke filled. The food was great and the service was excellent but we had to take our food and sit outside in 90° weather. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to do the right thing and get the exhaust fan repaired for the sake of your employees and your clientele! I'm not sure why the health department hasn't gone to do a health check at this restaurant and determine there's a major problem due to an inoperable exhaust fan!

Dickey’s markets pulled pork/roast as brisket. Pictures on website might show brisket, but you’re not getting brisket if that’s what you order.
