The pulled pork sandwich with cheese was delicious and the potato casserole was very good. The staff was very friendly. My daughter loved the coleslaw. And my husband loved the brisket sandwich. It was a great dinner!

That was literally the WORST BBQ I've ever had in my life. The service was awful, the restaurant was dead, except for the family members of staff. They couldn't get our order right after telling them over 5 times. Food was awful. Sides were disgusting. That place needs to be shut down!!!

I thought it was just the i25 location that was horrible. This one sucks just as bad for catering. Missing items, brisket cut into 2 inch blocks instead of sliced. Just don’t bother.It’s management not the franchise

Excellent food and service, nice old west style appeal in the decor and smell of the restaurant, the barbeque itself was almost reminiscent of my hometowns nationally reknown favorite, sweet baby rays, if you haven't tried it do so, you won't be disappointed ?✌️

I have picked up for Uber Eats here a few times and it always takes FOREVER! It is ridiculous how slow the service is. I think the food is good, but it is not worth the bad service. It's like they don't even care. The place is cool, but the bathrooms were so gross this last time. Just not worth it. There are other BBQ places.

We spent $42.10 on the 2 most disgusting meals ever. We ended up throwing away all of our food. We want a refund for the disgusting food we were given. Had we realized how nasty the establishment was when we walked in, we wouldn't have ordered. Also, the employees were wearing their house slippers! If corporate doesn't shut down this location, your name will forever be ruined. Absolutely gross!

The $30 three meat plate for delivery. I called about it and was completely belittled and gas lighted to try and be told this is pulled pork, brisket, and burnt ends. It's microwaved dog food.

We ordered a BBQ pork loaded baked potato and a BBQ pork sandwich to go. Once we got home there was no BBQ sauce anywhere. Very disappointing! We called the restaurant and they apologized. However, we still had no BBQ sauce with our meal.

Was told to slide card more than once, and if charged more than once, to dispute the charge with the credit card company. I was charged twice for the same order and am wasting my time disputing the charge. The atmosphere - looks like the place is on the brink of closure.

Arrived on Wednesday afternoon around 4:00 pm and stood at the front counter for nearly 5 minutes before any employee even noticed we were there. We were the ONLY customers in the restaurant and we couldn’t get anybody to take an order. Finally, after shouting “is anybody working here,” a female employee arrived at the front and informed us they were out of brisket, so we ordered a 1/4 pound of chicken, sausage, and pulled pork. How is a barbecue joint out of beef?! I don’t blame the employees, but is clearly a lack of due diligence by upper management. Anyway, this order was far too complicated for the employees working there and it took more than 15 minutes for the employees to put food that was already cooked into to-go containers when we were the only customers there. Absolutely awful service and a 100% complete lack of management or supervision. Go somewhere else.
