We were going to go to Rudy's BBQ, but decided to go to this place instead since we had never been there. When we parked a man was yelling at two kids very loud from the establishment.We walk in to an empty establishment no customers except for us. The place is very very cold, but we were hungry, so we decided to stay. My daughter's wanted bone-in wings, however they didn't have any the manager said. So my daughters ordered boneless BBQ wings, they looked like terrible nuggets and no BBQ , you had to get your own sauce. My wife ordered a rib combo that was posted for less than $10 online and came with a drink I showed the manager my phone with that picture, however the manager charged us $26 in total for that meal and charged us separate for the drink. I ordered my meal and was paying with my credit card when the manager shook his tip jar, stating that he can only receive tips by cash only. I informed him that I never carry cash. As it was I don't feel like he or anyone working that day deserved any tip at all. As we were eating in this terrible place, the manager and cook sat across from us vaping all crazy and two kids were roaming the place, looked like they were babysitting them. The fountain drink area and tea were the worst I've ever seen ever at a BBQ place. My daughter's power aid didn't taste like power aid and my lemonade was terrible. The manager comes to our table and tells us that this place is closing in a month permanently. I completely understand why lol...the people working there don't care no more since it's closing down. I'm never going back to Dickey's BBQ Pit and I'm staying with Rudy's BBQ which is a much better place and serves amazing BBQ!

The cook served me more than half order old fries, a few just cooked, the tea was spoiled; tasted old, the briscket was all chopped up like ground beef as if it were the left overs. Not a single reasonable slice... Nothing it all like their Menu photos.
The building temperature was very good.
the overall cleanliness of the stablishment was really good.

Everything was really good. I really enjoyed the food. Customer service was great. I recommend everybody to go to dickies’s barbecue.

100$ down the drain
Do not come to New Mexico and expect to find a good BBQ restaurant

Don’t go to this restaurant! Food was horrible. Server matched it with a horrible atmosphere. Card machine wasn’t working , so we paid cash. He made it seem like we it was our fault and told us rudely he didn’t have change. So we dug up some smaller bills and paid. During us sitting there and waiting a couple came in , looked around and left. The server came around from the back from making our food, and walked out of the store very upset to see where they went! Very cringy vibe, will never ever be back. Stay team Rudy’s and safe yourself a bad day.

I made an online order for pickup. It shows they close at 8:00pm. I placed my order at 7:30, supposed to be ready for pickup at 7:45. I get there exactly at 7:45pm, doors are locked. A woman comes from the back & tells me through the door they’re closed. Eventually a man comes and opens the door to tell me they’re closed and aren’t making any of the online orders they received due to not having the ingredients. I asked what happens to my order & he shrugs his shoulder. After I complain how I’m not leaving until my order is refunded, he goes inside calls a “manager”, then comes back and says it’ll be refunded and I’ll get an email. I’ve yet to recover an email. This is extremely unprofessional; closing early, no one calling me to explain they can’t make my order & the dismissiveness of the guy I spoke with. Terrible! I need my money back ASAP.

Gone way down hill. Meat cold, service slow and guy working there doesn't listen for understanding. Have to repeat multiple times the order. Also kept giving us creepy vibes.

Save yourself the time and just go to Rudy’s. This place was gross— cold, extra fatty brisket, tasteless potato salad and extremely salty French fries. To top it off, there was trash sitting on the entryway table, dirty floors and blood on the wall in the men’s restroom (which I didn’t see until after the meal). Btw, the trash at the table remained there the whole time, even when the employee wasn’t doing anything but standing around behind the counter. I DO NOT recommend.

This place is rundown! Also, very dirty and unorganized! I would not recommend eating here. This is the type of place that looks like you could get food poisoning. If you have no customers then you have time to clean and organize.

Used to enjoy coming here several years ago. Went back today for the first time in a while and was taken aback by what I saw. It was 1:30pm on a Saturday. Parking lot empty. Open sign was turned off so I thought they must be closed but they were actually open. Scribbled note was hanging on the door listing half a dozen food items they were out of. Went inside and there wasn't a customer or employee to be seen. I peered down the hallway and could see a couple of employees sitting in a back room talking. I expected one of them to pop out and come to the counter but they just stayed where they were. Waited around a minute or two looking over the menu but no one ever came out to say hi or take an order, so we left. Very creepy and depressing feel to the place now. Can't imagine them staying in business much longer.
