We love Dion’s, so it’s a shame that the Ventana Ranch location, which is blocks from our house, is so poorly managed. This has to be the worst location that I’ve been to, and I’ve been to many. We’ve given this location so many chances because it is so close to our house, but now we’ll go elsewhere. Everything from the food to the service is extremely rushed. When you call in your order, you can barely understand the person on the phone because they’re in such a hurry and they never have all of the ingredients. It’s always “we’re out of that”……No pastrami, no chicken, no fruit cups, no turkey, etc etc. You have to change your order multiple times because they’re out of everything. It’s ridiculous. This location needs some serious help.

I am clearly a person of color. I went to this location a few days ago around the lunch hour, but there were only a few people in the restaurant. I ordered a family salad and asked for a bottle of salad dressing. Oddly, the Dions employee (white) told me that they don't sell bottles of dressing (the website says they do). I sat down to wait for my order. The same employee took the order of the white man who was next up. Not only did she sell him a bottle of dressing but offered him a glass of water while he waited. No, she did not ask me if I wanted some water. These types of interactions make it difficult to return.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Extremely rude, terrible service!!! No one was in there, picture provided, but since I called ahead and had only waited 30 minutes, I was told to wait and they refused to start my order!

This Dions location never lets me down. Pizza and subs always come out amazing. I've always had good, friendly interactions with the staff.
On vacation from Missouri. We are not lucky to have Dion's there. This is hands down my favorite pizza. Do us a favor and come to Missouri!

Long time Dion's customer, this chain of restaurants have some of the best customer service of any similar restaurant, the employees are both kind and courteous. Unfortunately the quality of their pizza has really dropped over the years, enough that I've purchased my last one from them. Their subs are good and so is the salads but their main menu item, pizza is about par with conveyor belt pizzas even though they're cooked in a pizza oven. Sad because it's hard to find decent pizza and if it's made on a conveyor belt it's garbage. DIons only does that to pizza by the slice which I highly recommend avoiding, a waste of $$.

Just went through the drive through and received the wrong soda, that was supposed to be diet. I explained to Tyler who was working drive through that I believe I received the wrong soda and it was important I had diet due to being diabetic. Without hesitation he got me a new soda and even made sure it was diet! I appreciate his kind gesture and no arguments regarding the situation as I've experienced in the past at other places. The staff working there always makes sure that it is a good experience.
