Service was okay overall, but the employee Jordan had an unnecessary attitude that made the interaction less pleasant than it needed to be. Not terrible, just could have been handled more professionally. Food is always good.

Now I want to preface this i dont want a refund or anything, but I want to let the managers know the pizzas that are coming out at night are very undercooked I've come several times at night and had gone home with a pizza that is still mostly dough. the texture of the crust under the pizza is the same texture of chewy taffy and it tastes like raw dough. Its happened to about 4 of my pizzas at this location and I usually pickup after 6

Dion’s is a must try when in Albuquerque. The pizza slices were huge! The pizza came out fresh and the sauce to topping ratio cannot be beat. The pricing was also very reasonable for a slice! I’m very sad that when I return to Texas that they do not have a Dion’s. Overall, I had an amazing experience and will definitely be back when I visit Albuquerque next time!

I ordered a sub to take to my 12hr graveyard shift thats started at 6pm. Didn't realize until midnight the sandwich was made incorrectly. I ordered a turkey sandwich but swapped out the Swiss for cheddar and no tomatoes and added bacon and jalapeño. Before I went to bite into the sandwich I noticed the tomatoes so I removed them no problem. Then I realized they gave me ham I am not a fan of ham or else I would have eaten it. I was soo hungry so at midnight after I had taken my break already I had to order doordash from cheba hut to get something to eat. Not only did I have to wait longer to eat the poor driver was getting lost at my job and I paid 30 dollars to get food delivered. Then when I got off at 7am I couldnt go take the sandwich back to Dions for a refund because they open at 10am I had to sleep for work then wake up and get kids. I had to call and they said I had to go down there to get the refund. I dont have time for these things I eat at this location all the time but im always disappointed in some way im going to start getting food from work elsewhere, I would rather cook at home but working 3 jobs give me no option but to eat fast food. Whenever I get pizza they barely put toppings on the pizza that we pay extra for and its always all over the place like more pepperoni to one side and like 5 jalapeños on the whole pizza. I like my pizza a little crispy and well done and sometimes they won't cook it longer when I reques online for them to do so. My salads have been messed up and the subs I get and pay extra for toppings hardly ever have any toppings on them. If I had went to Firehouse subs like I had originally planned this whole situation would have been avoided. Lesson learned...
Very clean environment. They do a good job hiring staff. I like to get three 10-in sandwiches and have them cut into three pieces each and bring them home for the family.

So glad there is a Dion's in our neighborhood. We always get one of two specialty pizzas and have never had a bad experience. This is our pizza place!

Perfect food, and a great home-y atmosphere. I would definitely go here if I had to pick a place for the rest of my life.

For some reason the food and mostly the service has been going down hill. This reaction is the drive through service

We love Dion’s, so it’s a shame that the Ventana Ranch location, which is blocks from our house, is so poorly managed. This has to be the worst location that I’ve been to, and I’ve been to many. We’ve given this location so many chances because it is so close to our house, but now we’ll go elsewhere. Everything from the food to the service is extremely rushed. When you call in your order, you can barely understand the person on the phone because they’re in such a hurry and they never have all of the ingredients. It’s always “we’re out of that”……No pastrami, no chicken, no fruit cups, no turkey, etc etc. You have to change your order multiple times because they’re out of everything. It’s ridiculous. This location needs some serious help.

Service and food are incredible. Good parking, clean, place for kids to watch the food cook. Freshly made. I'm highly impressed.
