Soggy Salad for the last time! when I called in my order I specifically requested that my salad not be full of water and I received another wet salad, all the croutons were soggy, had to toss them it's gross - Attention DION'S regional manager - please order a salad in the evening (9:00pm) from Chick-fil-A (across the street) and Dion's and ask your why anyone would get a salad from Dion's. That's it for me, I'm done with the airport location

I love Dion’s but the drive through clerk was so rude on 7/5/25 that I won’t be back. The girl couldn’t find the order with the Name of the person ordering it and was rude and dismissive about it. I’m really sick of the attitude of the workers who don’t want to be there.

Got order wrong ugh , so had to wait , an pay for order again 🙄
I was crunched for time to feed kids at a local swimming pool. My friend didn’t submit online order correctly but the manager made everything right and got me out the door very quickly!! She is an amazing leader and her staff is wonderful! The kids were ecstatic about the pizza - it was a win, win situation!! Thank you!! June 4th at Brunch 11:10 AM

Loved the pizza and salad. Pizza was huge and delicious 😋. They put tons of toppings on. If you go in, expect to have a full belly. 2 complaints would be the line to order. I had to wait for a refill for a while. I also felt like it took forever for the pizza. The employees were awesome. I would have loved to have an option for wings and white sauce as an option. Maybe that's something that could be considered 🤔.
