Did an online order arrived two mins earlier then waited 5 additional mins after my arrival time for someone to come out and say they made the wrong pizza by accident which accidents happen no biggie was offered choice of refund or the second accidently pizza for free. In total I waited an additional 25 mins beyond my pick up time. I'm unsure of how one should feel about this so I'll let you the reader decide
Had a good experience with an issue that was probably my stupidity ordering through the app and not paying close attention.however when I called and told them my pizza was wrong with no questions asked the manager offered to remake it for me .now that is what I call customer service thank you !

I have no idea what's going on at this location lately but the past 2 times we've order the wait us 55min when we get the pizza it's cold and soggy thin as if the crust ain't cooked all the way!. We have to take the cheese off ro eat it since it's cold it makes it oily and gross
