Called in my order, I waited for 45 minutes to pick up my order... went to the restaurant. They had lost my prder... when I got home with my food my pizza soggy they didn't cook my pizza all the way... poor quality of food when they can do better

This Dion’s never has the order ready on time. Not even a traditionally busy night and subs were not ready 20 minutes after the time they said they would be ready. This has happened the last three times.

35 min for 2 slices and sub I called in order a head of time when they opened I arrived 15 later to pick up pizza 35 min later had to ask where my order was .. the food was cold after I got it I saw a lotta other people getting there food and no communication on my order the manager didn’t have much to say told her employee he needs to call the orders out when ready … thanks for the cold food .

It used to be great all the time. So tonight I ordered a well done pizza and it was barely cooked! There was uncooked dough in the middle and then add insult to injury there was a very long hair on the first piece we pulled. Very gross! We threw it out. Disappointing!!

Always packed on the weekend! For a good reason. Delicious food! You will wait a VERY long time even if you order ahead! They are trying to figure out how to make it better for the drive thru. Parking lot totally packed with waiting cars 45 minutes.

Upon arrival , I had stood in line to get my order taken . An older gentlemen around his late 40s saw me and didn’t try to ask if I have ordered yet until I had to stay eye to eye contact with him. I have ordered two slices of pizza and a small drink at 11:51Am. He did mention it will be a 10min wait and got my name . The time now was 12:17 and I still haven’t got my name called yet, so I decided to see if it was ready. Brianna Garcia quickly noticed me in line and asked if I needed help and that’s when I let her know I have placed an order about 20 min ago. She then looked around and noticed my pizza was inside the warmer for who knows how long . For the inconvenience , she did give me a refund which I was very satisfied due to the wait . Other than the gentleman , Ms.Garcia was very professional and quick to resolve the solution . She has exceeded the customer service expectation in this type of situation.

I don’t know who cut my pizza but it’s not cut normally it’s sloppy and it was done very poorly management really needs to check who’s making the food back there because this is not acceptable.

I had a delay in a pick up they lost my pizza and handed it to someone else. I waited about an hour before they finally got it right. As always food was so good, ser ice was good once they figured everything g out. The music was nice and staff very friendly. Will return every week as norm.
