We had a mistake on our order last night, and today the awesome manager re did our order, no charge, and gave us a box of cookies. She was very helpful over the phone and at the drive thru and such a great personality. We appreciate her tons.

1. The food is amazing. I suggest you should try their peperoni cheese toast it is fantastic. 2. there service is supper great. Order will be ready in about 6 mins and all staff are nice. 3. The atmosphere is lacking. There are not many decorations and looks pretty plain. Nothing that sets them to look apart from other restaurants.

So my husband ordered us chef salads.They were supposed to have chicken Unfortunately They put very poor service into preparing them literally Gave us two pieces of chicken my husband called To complain to the manager he was extremely rude I'm disrespectful my husband is a DIABETIC... And express that concern when he Ordered. They did not give a receipt ... he called my husband a liar Made us drive 3 miles out of our way for food that we paid for. Just because he wanted to see the amount of chicken in person. Me and my husband are hard-working. Americans and do not need to lie about $3. Of chicken protein. My husband was supposed to be on bed rest. He literally felt so belittled.so disrespected. And so unvalued as a customer.... Was super rude to my husband and person did not care That he was. Sick and was forced to get out of bed Gave an attitude about remaking the salads And have the nerve To tell my husband that he's not allowed there no more very sad that They did not have concern for a diabetics, food preparation and that he is sick and has to consume this. His name is Robert.He should be disciplined If not terminated... ARE DIABETICS NOT IMPORTANT 😞😭
Dietary restrictions: Did not care that my husband is a diabetic with dietary restrictions did not care. That there was no effort put into making. Both salads made us drive 3 miles back to the store. So that he can visually inspect the chicken that his worker put into the salad. Pictures do not lie and neither do we. We are not immature children. We are hard-working adults it is Not appreciated that, my sick husband had to get out of bed when he is on bed. Rest Doctor orders. Just to get salads, remade that we rightfully.Paid for should not have a teenager as a manager especially with no concern for diabetic such as my husband
If I could give a zero I totally would. Only thing good about this rating is the food at that. Rating started from when I first called in my order person to answer has the worst customer service and still did nothing to improve it. I had to personally get down to place the order helping it was just that person that had bad service but entering the whole atmosphere don’t even seem like they want to me working. They have a manger name Mia that definitely should not even have the tittle of a manger the way she treats customer more less the way she approaches them. I have gone to this location since they first opened o hope I don’t have to trade locations because of the customer service here.

This is the restaurant for missing items that you order! I love Dion's and I live right by this location but this one location is awful and seems to be getting worse by the day. Within the last few months I have ordered two full size salads and both times I get them they are missing the egg. Second time I contacted them to see if they changed it so it no longer comes with the egg and they said it still should have. Just tonight, I ordered a turkey sub and it was supposed to come with a Caesar dressing but it did not have it. Instead it had a weird purplish/brownish thing sitting underneath the sandwich. IT WAS DISGUSTING! I though it was a roach at first but still don't know what it was. Worse part is I ate half of it before I realized it was there. I don't know what happened to this location but I hope something changes there.
