I have been to this location mamy times. I have never had an issue until recently. This is the second or third time the staff has completely ignored my order and added things I has specifically asked to not be in it. Sad to see how much this restaurant has gone down.
I always order online and the food is ready on time and warm and the drive thru is fast.

GREAT Dion's...they are always so accommodating, even with my crazy special request (all the managers have learned it and are ready to help make it)
Probably the best Dion's!

We waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged let alone have our order taken. Then we waited 30 minutes for a slice, a salad, and a half sandwich. 2 suggestions... make the drive up for called in orders only as 3 staff members had to keep running food out to waiting cars slowing down production, and secondly hire more staff if needed.

Dions is one of my favorite restaurants in Albuquerque, unfortunately, this one just doesn’t match up to the others. VERY short on staff, and the one lady they had working at the registers was barely paying attention to anyone and had no idea what she was doing (a full lobby had built up because of her). Not to mention they always run out of ingredients (Iceberg Lettuce, Tomatoes) and they lost one of the items in our order. They were busy that night, but they always are, and i’ve been here in the past, so .i know they’re capable of handling busy crowds. The food here is always good though, so no points lost there. If you have the time and gas, just go to the Gibson or the Coors and Central location instead. I hope the quality of this location improves in the future.

Always good fresh food. Great tasting pizza. We love the meatballs and cheese toast. The kids working there really hustle and are always polite (we frequent this place at least once a week).

Pizza by the slice, dine in or take out even drive thru free refills on any fountain size beverage, they can easily run out of toppings, or other food options on menu, they even run out of parmesan cheese at dining tables because it's so delicious. There's plenty of seating for any size group and plenty of napkins. You can also watch them make the pizza up at the window located left of the cashier.
Great customer service.
Busy, busy, busy.

Hard to star this, but when I was in the bathroom and washing my hands, an employee walked out of a stall, out the bathroom door, and into the kitchen. Disgusting. Complained to the manager and she commented that they have sinks in the kitchen area. What happened to taking care of your dirty stuff in the bathroom? Do better employees! That is GROSS!!!! Wash your hands!!!!!

Yikes.. 55 min for a pizza is outrageous..
This Dion’s has gone down hill man..
Dined in for dinner. When ordering our food they asked if we wanted low carb. I assumed it was low carb bread not lettuce. They need to be more specific with that. I asked for green chili on the side. We waited over 30 minutes for our order. When we got our order there was no green chili on my plate and it even stated on the receipt. I went up to ask for my green chili and the lady told me they were out and that she could get me warmed up green chili but to come back in 10 minutes. Everyone was running around like crazy and they looked very overwhelmed and stressed. When I went back to get my green chili they all of a sudden had the chopped green chili. My food was literally just cold turkey wrapped in lettuce very sloppy. No onions, tomatos, nothing. Bad experience. Get it together Sunday crew this was crappy.
Waited 45min in the parking lot for a call in order placed 20min before arriving for 2 messed up slices

I have never had such a horrible experience at any Dion’s. The location wasn’t busy. We placed an order to go. Not complicated, nothing special. Waited 25 minutes. Our food was not packed to go when Cristian called our name. We said” oh no, that’s to go. “ he asked if I wanted a box to pack it. No! I reminded him that I purchased extra dressing. That confused him as well. I asked for the manager. A young lady named Lola came up and asked how she could help. It was one of those tones that implied she wasn’t really interested in helping. I explained the situation and before I finished, she informed me that I wasn’t allowed to criticize her staff. I hadn’t begun to criticize anyone. Instead of judging me for my complaints, perhaps listening to her customers and correcting her incompetent staff should be her priority. Next time I will purchase my food elsewhere. As the consumer, I can determine how I spend my money and tell all my retired friends about the poor excuse for customer service I received. Thank you!
