If I could leave no stars I would! The lack of professionalism we received at this location was ridiculous. From the cashier who asked me and my family to move out her way and the manager who refused to handle the complaint I will never visit this location ever again. Extremely disappointing

Shout out to Olivia G! She was super nice and made my husband and me feel very welcome. She even held the door for us when we walked in and had a smile the entire time. You can tell Olivia really cares about the customers, and that makes all the difference. She also helped us place our order, which made the experience even better.

Dion’s has always been one of my favorite spots, but the Rio Bravo location is absolutely the worst. Every single visit, the food is carelessly packaged and there’s always something missing from our order. After multiple conversations with management, who keep promising improvement, we’re still consistently served poor-quality food. This last experience, receiving our order in a dirty box, was unacceptable and shows exactly how little effort goes into making things right. No other Dion’s location in the area comes close to being this disappointing.
