I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, and no pizzas were dropped off, but the order says it was completed. No apartments conjoined with ours had gotten an order by accident. When calling the restaurant, they said they hung up immediately. They basically stole our pizza and order.

Food is always great, but service is always horrible. When I arrived to pick up my food, a worker that i assumed was a manager decides to grab my food and hold it away from me and ask how i managed to get two free emergency pizzas. I then explained to her that one was an emergency and the other was from my points to get a free pizza. She is then very rude and says "thats not what my system says," and finally passes me my food. This was really upsetting because i read my receipts, and only one says emg pizza, this couldve been avoided if she read the receipts properly. This was an older woman with blond hair and glasses. Ive had attitude issues in the past with this woman already

Ordered a “New York Style” and the part center of the pizza was a wet, sloppy mess. Also, got a ceaser salad that was pre-made and contained bad lettuce. How hard is it to make a salad in store? I use to really like Dominos as far as corporate pizza goes, but it’s just literally garbage now.

I’ve been to so many different dominos all over the states and NM except here. As we settle into our new home near this location we decided to give this location a try, and when I tell you, this was the best dominos experience we have ever had in the many years we have been going to dominos, this was our favorite. Not only was the food amazing but the customer service was outstanding!!!! I wish I got the ladies name through pick up window around 930pm but she made our experience here the best we’ve had ever. Im not over exaggerating her customer service but wow!!! Even beat all restaurants in Albuquerque! Good job and thank you for the amazing service! We found our new favorite location!
