Phenomenal staff, incredible quality and always kind, whether over the phone, in person or delivery. If you want to make sure you’re getting the best out of your Domino’s experience come to this location! Also shout out to Jack Potter for doing such an amazing job!! 5 stars all around!

I ordered from this place for the first time last night. I fell asleep before the food was delivered. They left my order outside on the floor & someone else got it. They refused me a refund. Never ordering from them again. The manager was disgustingly rude.

They got my order wrong 2 times while I was in store, they switched and when I left I realize that the gluten free pizza wasn’t gluten free and I asked no garlic on crust with a topping of vegetables, the pizza had no toppings just cheese and garlic on the crust. They might be really busy but coming back to make the order right because my girlfriends dad is allergic to garlic and cannot eat it, it just sucks.

This location is awful! They never get my order right. Ever. I’ve had to call back too many times after an order has been delivered because it is never what I ordered. Tonight was the last straw. I was told it is due to new employees being trained, and because it is Saturday. So, that excuse may cover tonight, but what about all the other times? There is no excuse when your pizza tracker states “quality check.” That is when an order should be double checked to ensure it is correct. I was told my order would be remade and delivered again. That didn’t happen either. Close this location or hire more efficient staff.

The pizza I get is usually great. No complaints there. I rated 1 star because my "Pizza Tracker" notified me that my order is ready for pick up, however when I go inside to retrieve the order, I am being told they are still waiting on one more whole pizza. Now, please correct me if I'm wrong, but you shouldn't mark an order as complete until it's complete, right? So here I am, waiting an additional 30 minutes from the time the app and email said it was ready. I understand staying within a time limit, but this is NOT the way to do it.
What a huge inconvenience.

Never had a bad experience ordering delivery from this location. All these negative reviews seem to be people who don't understand that ordering food during the store's busiest hours means it will take longer.

Ordered my pizza delivery at 4:04 last night, checked on it on line at 5:00 it was still in prep. Tried to call, no answer,just rang for 5 minutes. When I drove down to the store myself, now 5:23 still no pizza, still in prep. So I go to the counter and ask for a refund. And the girl behind the counter just said ok without even batting an eye, not saying sorry, or anything else. Then she told me I wasn't going to be able to get the refund for 3 to 5 business days.
So I had no food, and now no money to buy food somewhere else. If I was told I wasn't going to get my money back I would have been forced to wait until this place was ready or willing to give me the food I had already paid for. Instead I had to come up with some other solution to feed my family now with no money. This is how they treat customers.

One of the guys that make the pizza and sandwiches is just standing around doing nothing but texting on his phone, getting paid for nothing!!! Omg I was watching him from outside after I ordered!! And he’s still on his phone, even if maybe he’s the manager?? He shouldn’t be on the phone he should be working!! Do you have cameras there? He’s still on his personal phone, that does not look very professional!! Always on his phone omg please look at your cameras and have a talk with him please please please!! I hate waiting longer than I should for just a sandwich, he looks very very lazy doing nothing!! He’s been on that phons since I drove up and placed an order around 20 minutes now, who knows how long before that, he’s worthless not working and making money just to stand around and on his phone all night!!!!!
