Domino's Pizza

I ordered no cheese on half. Cheese was scattered on every square except one. They refused to deduce my money.my husband is allergic to cheese.

Deluxe pizza today at paradise blvd. Ordering same about a year. First time pizza was REALLY lousy. not much cheese, sparse toppings. crust burnt. Threw it out. Waste of almost $19.00. You need to train your prepares better. Will be a long time to order again from there. Up until now wonderful pizza. Thats why i only ordered deluxe. will try another location even if further.

We’ve ordered pizzas here for a couple years now, and always had solid service. The pizza comes out fast, decent toppings, with consistent quality. The pizza is pretty good (for dominos). We do carry-out, so can’t comment on delivery. The location always seems fully staffed when I go inside, and always get my pizza immediately.

It's really unfortunate that Domino's has been getting worse and worse. We had a delivery driver state that he was 5 minutes away, but didn't actually show up until 30 minutes past that time. He then delivered the pizza by banging on the door and running. I never noted "leave at door". When we got the pizza it was cold and cleary shifted in the box. I then called the store. The manager was very apologetic. She asked if I wanted a refund. When I declined a refund she said that she'd take my name and phone number and place it on the list so that I can come in in the future and get a free pizza. Well, when I got to the store she claimed that she had no idea what I was talking about. The delivery driver that helped was very kind and gave me the General Manager's information to file a complaint . I'll be contacting the GM because this is completely unacceptable. I don't even want the pizza at this point, it's the principle and how Domino's decides to do business lately.

I ordered 8 pizzas and they delivered 3. I called the store to see where my other 5 pizzas were and they said my driver forgot to take all of them. A half hour later I found my other 5 pizzas that were left/ delivered on my front porch with no knock. I love cold late pizza said no one EVER! Highly disappointed.

Ordered the 2 medium pizzas with one topping, garlic rolls and one side also included 2 liter Coke for a very reasonable price. Delivered food in a reasonable time.

Crispy thin crust pizza was soggy and looked as it was tilted or dumped over upon delivery. The wings were rubbery and possibly undercooked. I do not recommend this store on a Friday evening.

A $60 order including a $4.99 delivery fee, $7.82 tip, $5 donation to St. Jude and they didn't bring any napkins, cheese packets, chili packets. Am l suppose to ask ahead of time for these items??? Should have a reverse button to cancel tip because when you ask for it--you haven't even earned it yet.

We have heard the commercial over and over again, order online 2 times get a free pizza, so my husband did, BUT then when he went to go get the free pizza, he found out first you have to down load the app and then go through the app to order the pizza's. He called the store and was told there was nothing they could do for him. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND AT NO TIME DOES THE COMMERCIAL STATE YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE APP!!!!!!!!
