Absolutely ridiculous completely ruined. Both pizzas made them completely different than the way that I ordered them. Drop them off cold and now are refusing to answer the phone. I’ve called for over 30 minutes straight. No one will answer the phone. I wanna be refunded my money!! The owner needs to be embarrassed, worst dominoes I’ve ever been to in my entire life. How do you get the two pieces this wrong you had to have done it on purpose there’s no other way and now you’re refusing to answer my phone number. I want somebody to call me back who owns this Domino’s or I am going to take it all the way up to corporate because it’s absolutely ridiculous that you can’t get somebody to answer the phone

OMG I LOVE THIS LOCATION!

The staff is always kind and a group of happy faces.
My husband, son, and I love coming in and sitting down to enjoy nice fresh, hot, pizzas. I have never had a burned pizza here and they have never messed up my order.

I placed an order for delivery and the status wasn’t updated for 1 hour so I called to politely ask if they received my order but after I was put on hold the GM answered the phone and was very disrespectful, his tone of voice was loud, and he swore at me. I work customer service and I’ve never treated anyone in such a way. I understand being short staffed and stressed but don’t take it out on customers giving you money.

I waited almost 2 hours for my food, I called them about 50 minutes in and the general manager answered after being on hold for about ten minutes. I asked him if my order had been sent over because I wasn’t sure if it went through, he immediately yelled at me and said that they were extremely backed up he then began baby talking me and belittling me about how the online orders work. I began to reply that I wasn’t intending to be rude and he hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence. Horrible customer service! He should be ashamed of himself and how he handles customer interactions.

Awesome Domino's Pizza Location!! Our family has ordered pizza from this location, both pick up and delivery, for several years. Top notch customer service, and they care about the quality of their food and service. Delivery is always On-Time! Even in a crunch, having unexpected guests for dinner, Domino's has stepped up and helped us out. Can't thank the team enough. We will remain loyal customers! Hope you will too. :))

Unfortunately I was trying to place a large order for donation to others. 3 calls - each amounted to: 6 min hold (“can you please hold?”), waited 5 min this attempt with no answer, waited 5 min this final attempt with no answer. Man it’s too hard to do something nice these days. I get it you are busy (at 3pm on a monday? No). I’d refrain from going here in the future for my family based on this experience.

I am not surprised at the negatives reviews. After calling because we did not get our delivery, we were treated extremely rudely to the point that the guy denied we even ordered a pizza. After calling today to talk to the manager, he said he was the manager and refused to give his name for several minutes after again arguing that there was no such order even though I have the order on my phone. Avoid this place. The Dominos on Juan Tabo and Montgomery were awesome and quick.
