I placed an order for delivery and the status wasn’t updated for 1 hour so I called to politely ask if they received my order but after I was put on hold the GM answered the phone and was very disrespectful, his tone of voice was loud, and he swore at me. I work customer service and I’ve never treated anyone in such a way. I understand being short staffed and stressed but don’t take it out on customers giving you money.

I waited almost 2 hours for my food, I called them about 50 minutes in and the general manager answered after being on hold for about ten minutes. I asked him if my order had been sent over because I wasn’t sure if it went through, he immediately yelled at me and said that they were extremely backed up he then began baby talking me and belittling me about how the online orders work. I began to reply that I wasn’t intending to be rude and he hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence. Horrible customer service! He should be ashamed of himself and how he handles customer interactions.

Awesome Domino's Pizza Location!! Our family has ordered pizza from this location, both pick up and delivery, for several years. Top notch customer service, and they care about the quality of their food and service. Delivery is always On-Time! Even in a crunch, having unexpected guests for dinner, Domino's has stepped up and helped us out. Can't thank the team enough. We will remain loyal customers! Hope you will too. :))

This location is so terrible they don’t care about quality control. Can’t even call them because no one answers the phone. They need to close so people don’t get burned like I did.

Unfortunately I was trying to place a large order for donation to others. 3 calls - each amounted to: 6 min hold (“can you please hold?”), waited 5 min this attempt with no answer, waited 5 min this final attempt with no answer. Man it’s too hard to do something nice these days. I get it you are busy (at 3pm on a monday? No). I’d refrain from going here in the future for my family based on this experience.

I am not surprised at the negatives reviews. After calling because we did not get our delivery, we were treated extremely rudely to the point that the guy denied we even ordered a pizza. After calling today to talk to the manager, he said he was the manager and refused to give his name for several minutes after again arguing that there was no such order even though I have the order on my phone. Avoid this place. The Dominos on Juan Tabo and Montgomery were awesome and quick.

Ordered 2 pizzas online. Received an automated message saying my pizzas were on the way. An hour later I recieved an email stating that Dominos was “sorry that something went wrong with my delivery.”
When I called the store I was told that the driver returned to the store because no one answered the door or the phone. When I told him that no one rang the doorbell or called my phone I was rudely told “I’m not going to argue with you. You can come pick them up or cancel the order.”
Every single time I interact with an employee at this location it is like I am in an alternate universe where customer service and common sense does not exist. This place should just close its doors. A total waste of space.

This store is so poorly managed. Ordered at 7:00. Called at 7:55 still not even in the oven. Told it would be another 30-40 mins. This happens ALL THE TIME!

If you can avoid ordering from this store, you should. The app said estimated delivery in 40 minutes. After 90 minutes we went to the store to see what the problem was and pick it up. What a joke. Workers standing around… nobody moving with any sense of urgency. We were told it would be another 20 minutes before it would be ready. Incredibly rude manager. For our trouble he waived the delivery fee. I know it’s fast food on a Friday night, but this was ridiculous.

Why offer drive up if no one is working the window, huge inconvenience to wait an extra 5 mins after the app said my pizza was ready. You knew I was waiting & place it on the shelf making me pull around & walk in. The young gentleman with the glasses was working. Other staff not so much .

Or take the app away so I can’t track my order. Zero stars if I could rate this . Guess being g the only spot you think you can give poor service.
