Ordered a pizza from them 2 hours ago. The location is about 10 minutes from my house. Called after an hour and was told all the drivers were out and they would get to it when they could. Just got it cold and old. Will not order from this location again.

Chosen this location 4 times as a local resident of sandia park. It's the closest pizza shop to the mountains thats cheap. My complaint isn't solely on the workers. The fact management lets druggies work without repercussions for long periods of times says it all. This store will tell you your order is ready 20 min plus to the real time. Holidays are chaos here and you will be ignored by employees unless you Inject yourself loudly into the atmosphere. Pizza is almost never cut all the way through here. Don't bring kids into the store, these guys cuss up as much as sailors. If it happened once or twice I wouldn't complain. But this store needs help and employees need more pay

Ordered a 2 med 2 topping pizza with wings and I was given a supreme pizza that wasn’t even warm it was literally cold and old and I didn’t even get my wings and I wasn’t even offered a refund after all the time I’ve ordered through this store. Unacceptable 60 points doesn’t cover what I paid nor the fact I don’t even get covered for the wings took my money and left
