Ordered a specialty pizza and the gave me the wrong pizza…I had to come back and get the correct pizza and return the wrong pizza. The female on the phone and made a scene in the store when I came back. I hope she eats the pizza she took back. Germs.

I placed an order online on Saturday morning for the next day. I ordered 4 pizzas and the garlic bread bites. I received my confirmation email that my order had been received and would be ready at the time I selected (4:15pm). However, when we got there to pick them up we were told that my order had been voided in the system, they had no explanation as to how or why it was voided, or why I wasn't notified. The cashier then asked did we still want the order? I had 20 people at my house... YES!The food was good, but after having my order cancelled when I had that many people waiting, and I had placed the order in advance really just makes me not want to order here again.

I'm surprised none of the employees swing on that night manager, the way she treats them. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes for a carryout order, that notifed me was ready prior to that 30, and was more taken aback by the way she speaks to her employees than the wait time.

I couldn’t even get an order placed! After repeating my order 3 times to 2 different ladies, they couldn’t even take payment! Then I got yelled at and hung up on by the lady that said she was the manager! I never tried so hard to spend money and not be allowed to! I truly couldn’t believe how awful the service was!

These guys work hard in a very busy location. But the food is always hot, fresh, and worth the estimated delivery time.
