Ordered online. To pay with cash…. Driver couldn’t break 100.. tip the driver 8 bucks drove to store to pay with cash. Manager with red hair and facial piercings. Said “ it says no bills 50 or 100 on the door” We ordered online. “ well we don’t accept 50’s or 100’s” The app says. Nothing about this… Manager is a terrible person…..someone could have made a 40 dollar Tip. But instead she sticks To “policy”. What a joke. Better off going to smiths for a frozen pizza and less attitude

Okay, I was going over the response I got for my review. Then, I looked at a few more reviews and the response they were given. IT'S THE SAME RESPONSE. An automated response from the "owner" it's sad that the corporation-franchised business doesn't really care about their customers. They don't give a shyte about quality control. The bottom line is profits. If I order a pepperoni pizza from Domino's in Rio Rancho, it should taste and look about the same as the one in Albuquerque. The good thing is I don't have to order from this store. The bad thing is this franchise store doesn't care if I ever spend another dollar in her store. Where did the old days of customer satisfaction go?

I love Domino's. But the online app sucks. I paid the night before the Super Bowl. I got a text telling me to text her when I got there. Then, right after that, a text saying my order had been canceled. I was told that it was canceled because I hadn't paid for it yet. I had an email that said I had. The manager said I was going to be compensated for all my aggravation. Well, tonight, I went on to my bank account, and I indeed paid for it. Just was not a good experience, and I still paid for it.

I absolutely love ordering special Pizza and Pasta dishes from our Juan Tabo Domino's in Albuquerque. When the holidays show up and we are busy with chores, cleaning, organizing, and we just need a break from cooking, Domino's is the answer and the perfect quick and easy meal. I love getting my free emergency pizza when unexpected guests drop by to visit, Dominoes is the answer with wings, yummy pizza, their new baked pasta

This store doesn't even deserve 1 Star, I'm constantly calling and having to complain because of the lack of quality in which my food was made... the only reason I like the pizza is because they put garlic on the crust well this is about the 5th time I've gotten my pizza half assed yes they attempted to put garlic this time but they only made it on at least 1 slice..... Casey is always trying to cut me off and think shes right..... and states the fact that she has go take a picture of the food before she sends it off, I mean do you but we wouldn't have this problem if you would make my order correctly I never asked for you to not garlic it, so make it right. And then I'm trying to tell Casey about my order and she thinks I'm talking out of mid air, they put NOODLES in my stuffed bread and they added bacon on one of my pizzas which is disgusting because we dont do pork..... I AM SO SICK OF THIS STORE GET IT TOGETHER AND GET CASEY OUT OF THERE.

3rd party when you call on phone was told it would be 40 min wait over hour wait l know that the 3rd party wants to make the sell but that's were the miscommunication comes from when the person who your calling is working from home.

I ordered the $19.99 special, two medium one-topping pizzas, garlic bites, and cinnamon twists but I added extra toppings and added a few more stuff to my order. One pizza was supposed to have cheese with extra cheese, but that didn't happen, the second pizza was supposed to have cheese with extra cheese, pepperoni, left half pineapple, right half bacon, but that didn't happen either. I also ordered the lava cake, a salad, that I didn't get, a five-cheese pasta, and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. I spent well over $60 and the customer service I received was appalling. I called the store to complain and they wanted to give me a credit on my next purchase, and in the past, I would accept that but I wanted what I had paid for that night and not on my next purchase. The girl said by the time we make your pizza it will be past midnight and I said this is not my fault though. She said she'd get a manager and put me on hold for 10 min. A lady got on the phone, I explained myself again and she said the same thing, I said maybe I won't want pineapple and bacon on my next purchase and she said let me get a manager so I asked her, I thought you were the manager and she said no and she said we're super busy and when he's not busy he can help me. I get that because it was a Friday, but I was a customer too just like if I had ordered it in-store. So I told her, shit, I'll hold all night if I have to. Well, she was going to hold me to that because I was on hold for 40 minutes until I decided to take them the pizza so they knew I wasn't lying and to get my salad. When I walked in I was greeted by a young lady, I showed her my phone and said I was still holding, and without a word, she walked over to a gentleman with a different colored shirt than the rest of the employees and he shook his head no and continued to spread out the dough. That was the first time a manager had said no while I was literally standing near them. I know that they were super busy and it takes an army to run a business such as Domino's, and believe me when I say they had a person for every topping that was put on the pizza's, more employees that were very busy around the store as well as the 2 cashiers but you know who was polite and kept apologizing to me, and took the time to hear my story again and got my salad, said all the right things, was a driver that happened to be at the register looking up other orders. Man, I could've exploded on these people but I didn't because I know how customer service is and exploding wouldn't get my pizza. Josh is the manager who refused to talk to me, Casey is the manager that said she wasn't a manager and Matt is the driver who helped me. Thank you Matt, you need a promotion! I'm so glad I got more than the pizza's because the rest of my order was good but not enough to feed my family. This world is not in a good place because the prices went up on everything but the customer service has gone down a lot. I live in between two Domino's and I'm never choosing this one again.
