I love dominos. This is the nicest location near me. The staff’s customer service (for night shift) is not very friendly. Twice a reoccurring male staff member has made me uncomfortable, and now I am considering never ordering from this location.
Parking: Drive-thru exit needs better lighting at night. It’s a tight turn and an odd placement to merge back into traffic. So a truck or large SUV would find exiting challenging.

Ordered delivery at 11:15pm. Website showed quality check status at 11:32. At 11:54, I called store to inquire, and was told pizza was being kept under heat lamp. Driver didn't arrive until 12:15. He did not say one word, nor did he offer Parmesan, napkins, sorry, hello. Pizza was very cold. Called store to ask for a fresh one at 12:19. At 12:27 I received a text saying order was cancelled. No one ever showed up.

We parked in the lot for 5 minutes. There was no sign telling us we could not park there. We were towed. The employees did nothing to help us and were rude the entire time.

Worst service I have ever had with a Pizza place staff was rude and not helpful not even the GM who said she was to busy they kept calling me a lady on the phone when I told them many times I was a sir I placed a online order on Friday at 857 pm I never received it when I called them they said they had nothing at their end and the charge on my card was probably pending well the next day I called my card company it was not pending it went through the night of the order called them back they where still no help still no pizza and no refund worst service ever

Very unprofessional I ordered three pies got sent to the wrong address still had to pay about 40 bucks won't see that money back for 5 days and my family still doesn't have no food. Just go to McDonald's instead.

Update on4 December 2024 @1846: I'm attaching a picture of a kids penne pasta with marinara sauce from Mario's pizza. The cost was $7.99 Delivery order @ 1900 hrs. Ordered Mac&Cheese and medium pizza using the $6.99 each for 2 or more items. The Mac&cheese was not worth the money. One layer of noodles on the bottom of the pan - $6.99 for .50 cents of pasta. About 20 noodles. If rather not scrutinize my food orders. But, when you notice the serving is really small, you feel cheated. Domino's practicing chicanery on its customers. Domino's didn't raise prices but made the servings smaller. Pasta dishes, chicken dishes, cinnamon twists salads etc are smaller now than a few years ago. My son loves dominoes pizza otherwise I'd stop ordering dominoes. Pizza only from now on or make my own. Dominoes took pasta primavera and Chicken Carbonara Pasta from the menu. Added cheaper to make 5 cheese mac&cheese. Srinkflation at its best. I have electronic receipts going back to 2013. It's easy to compare. Changes in prices, menu and remember then vs. now. _|_
Vegetarian options: Dominoes removed the vegetarian pasta dish - pasta Primavera.

Ordered a 2 pan pizzas for delivery just for them to send me to pan pizzas that needed to be cooked better. This was not cooked completely.

Tried to order online , order wouldn’t go through. I called it in . They wouldn’t add the $3 16 garlic bites deal that popped up as I was checking out , and if you know dough, it’s cheap. I offered options to remedy the issue . 1 star review , I’d rather eat somewhere else if you’re not going to honor your own technical issues and deals , not a big deal at all.
