Pizza is good but the service is terrible at this location, management overall sucks! Can't do their job right.

My order was totally messed up I ordered a meatzza and 1 cheese pizza And got 2 cheese pizzas. The girl at the counter was rude really disappointed.

Placed a order waited 35 min went to look at tracker and it said it was canceled. They had no explanation on why it was canceled I called and they said would remake it and would have to wait another 30 min but would be free. by now was 9pm at night they delivered it in 15 min but pizza was cold and hard which I know they didnt remake it they gave us our same pizza we ordered over a hour before. I would of rather paid then received the nasty pizza we got . Very disappointing especially because we usually always order from this location will probably never order or recommend this location to anyone again .

This Dominos is the worst, the manager is very childish and unprofessional. I called about a refund that I have not received, the manager put me on hold for 20 minutes. I finally hung up and called back, she hung up on me 10 times, then finally answered and put me on hold again before I could say anything. She turned a simple request into something even bigger. All I wanted was proof that she refunded me. If she can't handle a simple task then why is the manager?Now I will be reporting the issue to better business bureau because she doesn't now how to do her job. Taking someone's money and not giving them service is wrong. The Dominos on sage never gives you an issue and is always respectful with your concern. I will always make sure my orders go to them every time from now on.

Cold pizza that took forever

I had ordered 3 pizzas and one of them had a cockroach and so I called and told them and they hung up on me . Unacceptable!!!

Place went from a place I'd recommend to a place where management that don't care if youve been a customer for years wont work with uou went fom accepting can on deliver to only ifbots.undet 40 and also only card on puckup on anything over 40

Extremely disappointed with the service. I placed an order through the Domino’s app, which accepted my address for delivery. An hour later—just 5 minutes before the expected delivery—the order was abruptly canceled. The tracker showed the pizza had already been made.

When I asked to speak to the manager, Marty was unhelpful and dismissive. He claimed he was “too busy” to catch an order that had been placed an hour ago, and offered no real solution—not even allowing a hotspot delivery. I was told I’d have to place a completely new order for the same pizza that was already made. Total lack of accountability or customer care. This is not the kind of service I expect from a national chain.

I got to the store around 10 pm, and it was closed... the schedule on the door and on Google Maps said it's open till 12 am... the 2 girls inside saw me at the door and pretended like they didn't see me. Hahaha.. WEAK!!! With all these one-star 🌟 reviews, it's probably a good thing they ignored me.🤣🤣🤣

I've witnessed that manager of yours be extremely rude to this female employee that wears glasses on separate occasions. She should be fired. I'm tempted to go to the police on what I seen with my own eyes. My husband, kids, and I witnessed it this last time. She was so busy playing on her phone and yelling at this female. I can't believe she slammed that pan of pizza sauce down, it got all over that employee. If you going to have a female manager like that you don't deserve to be in business. Maybe I will go to the police. I know her full name thanks to a male employee. So sad
