Domino's Pizza

The woman who took my order on the phone did not inform me of deal specifics, took my card number 3 separate times and the food got here later than she said. When I got the food my Alfredo pasta was undercooked, not enough sauce and looked to be less than the usual amount. I ordered 8 piece wings with extra sauce and of course there’s not much sauce at all. When I called back all they could offer me was a refund in 5-8 days. I paid $55 for 2 pastas, a medium pizza and 8 piece wings. The only decent thing was my deep dish pizza.

Horrible customer service, rude people, seemed annoyed serving us. Employe cared more about taking their smoke break then helping out customers. We’ll never be returning to domino’s Pizza Hut is better. lady manager was flirting with my boyfriend.

They take like an hour or more for delivery mi pizza and the pizza is cold

Don't even want to attempt to write a huge paragraph about the awful service. And poorly made food. Handmade used to be so delicious compared to hand tossed. Now they are horrible. Rude employees. Don't make orders on time. Hate this location. This is not even close to the horrible experiences I keep having and I keep giving them another chance and they keep.lettimf me down. Trash trash trash.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

We ordered delivery from here twice before. The third time they called saying we’re “out of their area”

We literally live six minutes away! The other ones are 15+ minutes.

The manager made zero sense. Clearly a team that does not want to work for a living.

Our pizza was delicious and literally hot with cheese pull and it was a delivery. The driver was super nice and super fast with our order 10/10!

First time eating at this Dominos and 3rd time eating at a Dominos here in Albuquerque. So far very impressed. The young woman working behind the counter was nice. The pizza was perfect. I rarely give 5 stars but lunch this afternoon from this Dominos definitely deserved it.

About 40 minutes after placing order, they called me and asked to change my order to carryout due to long delivery times,I can understand that. But then voided the order to charge as carryout and didn't say they had to do that over the phone. So my friend that picked up the food was charged when I believed the order was paid for already. They had to pay in person,and now I had to wait for the first transaction to be given back to my account. Annoying. Rude when order was picked up, could hear the employees cussing, and once arrived at the store,they told me it was never changed to carryout and friend had to wait another 40 minutes for my order. I ordered originally at 8:30, buddy did not walk out of there until 10:15! Once my friend had returned I saw the receipt and for the same order they were charged almost double due to the way it was punched in at the counter,and no deal was given even though it still qualified. The wings barely had sauce drizzled on them,and both 2 pizzaa were dry. Neither medium pizza was worth the $18-19 charged,no joke.

Understaffed, likely due to incompetent management/owner, but this leads to so many other issues. Ordered online, was called and told it'll be on the hot plate for 2 hours due to no drivers, said we'll see if we can pick it up, show up and it's NOT EVEN READY. They void the order, reran it incorrectly and charged me more for my order and had us wait another half hour to fire something we were told was waiting!

We've given this place a half dozen chances and it just craps the bed each time. My wife has gotten E. Coli from the nasty employees not washing their hands! That should've been it, honestly

Every single time I place an online order From this location I get quoted a time and it changes anywhere from 2 to 3 times before I receive my food most of the time taking over an hour and sometimes almost 2 hours to receive my food And my food ends up cold

I ordered 2 subs and a pasta and literally waited 1 whole hour the worker saw me many times waiting and was rude I had to go ask my orde was just sitting there unbelievable

Not one to put reviews on any business especially because I work customer service myself. I know exactly how it is to serve the people. But this time just got me blown away with how rude I was treated. I walked in 35 minutes after I placed order but the only reason I came in was because I didn't get any updated and wanted to know if my order went through. The young man that helped was very nice but the lady who he asked for help went off not only him telling him it's only been 30 effen minutes and eff that and kept cussing out a storm. I understand they may be tired but I was very nice and polite and all I got was a you need to wait an hour. I'm thinking this store may need some extra training and work on their customer service.

Every time I go there I hear the employees swearing when I walk in, and we aren't even greeted. We asked for pineapple and they put 3 pieces on my whole pizza. They also added a topping I didn't order. This is the second time they added a VERY LITTLE amount of the topping I ordered and paid for. I went back to give them another chance because I know not all employees are rude, but the ones I interacted with are
