The plating was nice and looked good to eat, but the meat was a lower class, I would say 85% lean or less. A few bits of cartilage in the meat. You can taste the difference when you eat 96% or sirloin for a patty which I usually do. Fries were nice and crispy that I enjoyed. I will not eat that burger again. Best thing was Revel is a very nice place and they do cater with Pizza-9 and Perico's. I will try going there again next football season for pizza or tacos.

Had my first burger for New Years Eve 2023 and it was so raw and bloody, the bun turned to mush. Visited for the 2nd time tonight (1/14/24) and ordered fried appetizers and the oil taste was disgusting and my sister ordered the burger and it was undercooked again and super greasy. Not sure I want to give it a 3rd chance. Total waste of money.

Found this place online as I was looking to watch the UFC ppv. Customer service was some of the best I had in all of my visit to Albuquerque. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. Loved this place so much I came back the next day to watch some football and again, great service. Definitely recommend this place.

The guy was super nice and service was excellent. Food came out quickly and hot. The fries were nice and crispy and the burger was excellent. Fresh hamburger meat, lettuce, and onion. Wasn't too sure about the bun but it was soft and fresh. Highly recommend

Small chain fast food chain in a food court style place. Fries are great. Burgers are the smash burger/fast food style, but pretty high quality. Toppings weren't bad either. Staff was very pleasant and tried to make everything right that went wrong. One thing to note: the online menu is way off. I couldn't figure out how to order the combo meals. The kids meals don't come with a toy. They forgot the drink. One kids meal was missing, but the staff did call to tell me as soon as they realized. Website said orders ready in 10 minutes, but it will probably take longer. They also threw in a free chocolate cake. Props for offering impossible burger as an option and the really friendly staff.

Staff is the star here, everyone is great and focused on your needs. The burgers were delicious. Onion rings were overdone, that's the only miss. They were visibly burnt and shouldn't have been served. Ambiance is modern warehouse, but people watching is super fun. I liked the venue, sound was great, super easy parking, no waiting to get in and out. I haven't gotten to go in the pub yet. Looking forward to it.

It's been a long time since I've been to this restaurant sadly due to Covid and my ever changing taste buds. Today I found myself with a little free time which might I add is very rare these days and found myself remembering the good ol days when I used to hit up this spot. My mouth began to salivate as soon as the memory of burger grease dripping down as I took that first bite. Ah it feels just like yesterday.Walking in I noticed the menu appeared to be much more expansive. They now offer wings and mozzarella sticks! Let's not forget to address the elephant in the room.. the Jawbreaker burger! A whopping 5 Pattie's between two buns. Wow! That's just too hard not to pass up. I love a great challenge. I said I wasn't gonna do it but I'll be damned as my debit card slid across the keypad I knew I was in trouble. Unfortunately I couldn't eat it inside the food court due to the fact I had to be at work within 20 minutes after ordering. When the buzzer when off I could already feel myself heavy breathing as I walked up to the counter to pick up my food. The gentleman handed me my bag and I took one whiff I knew I made a terrible but delicious mistake. I got to work and unraveled the beast of a burger and there it was... Five patties stuffed between lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and special sauce tightly squeezed between two measly buns!I took my first bite attempting to embrace the burger in its entirety to find myself unable to do it in one go. I only made it to the third patty. The meat was juicy and savory. My only disappointment was the lack of cheese. It was the only thing missing from this glorious beast. I bet if it came with cheese I probably would've enjoyed far more. The fries of course were a delightful bonus. The mozzarella sticks really stole the show! Move over Arby's I think I'm hitting up Revel Burger now for my mozzarella stick fix!Overall it was great experience. There was so much secret sauce, you couldn't even tell where the micro meat patty was. Didn't even smell like fresh grilled hamburger?No fountain drinks as advertised it was a can of soda and we dropped $30 for a meal we could have purchased at any fast food chain that actually tasted good at half the price. Very salty too.It's depressing, but very essential. I share my experience that the we had.The only redeeming quality is that revel burger sponsored with an organization on giving Tuesday that we at least felt some peace with by giving 30% of our tab to the charity.The reviews we read were 50-50, and I guess we came out on the backside of the sad feedback from those that shared the same vibe as us.

I was very impressed with Revel Burger and the burger patty definitely gives competition to Five Guys. The burger patty was juicy, fresh and have a great grilled flavor. Prices are reasonable but depends on your add ons. Lots of fries accompany the meal and we ordered the garlic Parmesan wings. Loved it! Not busy at all on a Tuesday night and that's a crime. It's a cool place to go to if you just want a quiet place to enjoy a delicious burger.
