Really sucks when you go somewhere and they have nothing at all available,this is my second time coming to this location within a few months I ordered a dozen donuts both times and they never have nothing at all, I mean none at all that I wanted pretty much out of everything and the little girl taking order was very rude and could tell was getting annoyed because she kept having to tell “we don’t have that, we don’t have that” worst DD in my town doesn’t seem like it’s going to change anytime soon they need to hire older folks who actually work.

1st post...They were out of everything. WOW! For real! How and the holy moly can people be so extremely inconsiderate. Ordering. "Is that it" she asks after every item as well as "are you done" Why yes. I am done with this crappy location. I work all night and have to be subjected to some rude female employee. Tater-tots were frozen in the center. Couldn't get the bagel deal with sausage. Spent 30 bucks on far from what I expected and received. AGAIN DOUBLE BOO ON YOU👎👎

Luv my doughnuts, service was good although you-all should write the order down he got it wrong. Delicious anyway num num num . Atmosphere I dunno doors were locked we had to walk up to the drive thru. No big deal it was a beautiful morning I didn't mind UNTILL cars were pulling up behind me ! 🤦.

The hash browns cups are gross there really salty and my food was cold I don’t know why it was so salty 🧂 i they don’t add salt at all ! it was the ingredients and then they didn’t cook my food to it’s temperature my stomach started hurting after I eat 2 bites I couldn’t take it back bc of my schedule the drive through attendant was very nice the guys at the speakr was okay and then we ordered medium and gave us different dirks very awful they only give you 6 hash browns on the cup for 3.99 4.99 I don’t recommend it you pay for the cup of anything waste of my $$$ I spent over 15 plus the tip which the tip should be a given but I will not be ordering the breakfast again ppl don’t feed these to your kids to much salt and cold when food is not at temp it can be bad ! If they were to go check these guys food temp it would definitely 💯 FAIL HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

I’m picking up an order for DoorDash. I keep ringing the doorbell and I get no answer. Eventually I just get in the car and go through the drive-through. ask the lady at the window is the lobby open. She said yes I asked if the doorbell worked she said yes, but I stood there ringing the doorbell and they act like they didn’t hear it.🤔

The rude manager did not refund me cash which was what I paid with. Seemed bugged with everything, she should not be working there if she can't treat consumers politely. Hash browns tasted like the oil was old.

Staff so rude. Greeted me and told me I can order when I was ready then said they were out of donuts and drink. Why tell me to order when I’m ready if u don’t have anything available. It was a terrible experience and I believe if they keep running out of donuts make a little more of the popular ones and hire staff with better customer service experience.
