I never knew an establishment has the right to refuse to give you a receipt for the items you purchased until today I ordered my usual and never had an issue with the workers despite them not always in the best of mood granted there is some people there who push threw with a smile on there faces props to those workers, I was told my recipet couldn't be printed out I didn't make a big deal as I'm on my lunch break from work and despite everything at least my coffee comes out right and good and fresh but nope nothing good here I got refused my receipt and my order was wrong I order the most simple plain order no sugar no cream espresso and they some how manage to give me a regular coffee with milk in it some of the workers can try a bit better.

I just had the rudest experience here I came in for two dozen donuts the lady she has dark skin curly long black hair glasses African decent I didn’t get her name or my receipt but she didn’t give me a chance to tell her the type of donuts I wanted she started putting random ones in the box I said I loudly I didn’t want maple donuts and she just kept putting them in the box I said mam like 4 times and she ignored me came back I said I do not want those donuts I only wanted certain ones and she continued to load the next box with maple donuts again she didn’t want to listen and tried ringing me up right away so I left with a bunch of donuts that I didn’t want I would like the manager to reach out because she completely ignored my requests for certain donuts as I am buying for a class room of kids

The employees are extremely rude. They will roll their eyes at you for having to do their job and they will not say you’re welcome or have any basic manners it’s very strange. On top of that they make you pay full price for your drinks instead of using any promotion or daily rewards through the Dunkin application. I go to Dunkin donuts every single day for my coffee me and my wife and we use our scan tag on our application daily with our daily $2 coffee promotion. They get so angry when you try to get your daily promotion that Dunkin’ Donuts offers and emails us once a month. They hate when people use their Dunkin’ Donuts application and they simply act as if they have no idea how to give you the promotion or work the application every single day I would ask why it’s not lowering the price and they would just be rude and have no idea how to give me my promotion. I will pay full price, even though I should not finally today one of the employees simply said “WE ARE NOT TRAINED ON THAT”??? Like what? This is a Dunkin’ Donuts location and you are not trained how to give people their rewards and promotions through Dunkin’ Donuts instead of Paying $2 I am paying $8 a coffee daily because they simply wanna be rude and incompetent.

White lady 5:05 am called me a racial slur over cream cheese… I paid for it and she got an attitude and said I didn’t even though my receipt did and called me a charity case and said go to the window and get it. So got her employee to give it to me…. What a sad day in these ages to deal with people like this. Over cream cheese that I paid for!!!!! Even showed the receipt and the other lady was apologizing. Sad!!!!!

Half this place is broken. Broken freezer, broken blenders. Also from what I've heard the owner takes his employees tips. Maybe they should invest it in their actual business. Won't go here again.

This is the second time that i've come to this location and they don't have donuts. The shelves are completely empty. The last time I come, they didn't even have a selection of ice cream. Don't bother wasting your time driving to this one. It never has anything.

Website and door says they open at 5:00am. I've been here since 5:50am, it's now 6:15am and they are still not open. No answer on the phone and all the lights are off. I guess it's not time to make the donuts. Someone over sleep?

My experience at this location was completely poor they never have what you need and the customer service completely sucks I would recommend driving all the way across town before wasting your time at this location.
