Literally do not stop at this location always so slow with only 2 cars in drive thru ordered just an avocado toast and the wake up wrap with no pork because I’m allergic. And after a long wait for my food I get an avocado toast that isn’t even toasted and a wake up wrap with sausage in it??? Like I’m sorry I worked in fast food and it’s definitely not that hard to give customers the things they ask for at a good quality.

A bit slow for us being the only customers there and still messed up on the coffee. Then it seemed like it took forever to get the remake. Just the overall order of doughnuts and coffee the person wasn't cheary or happy. No hello or how can I help you. No suggestions. I guess they didn't have their coffee yet. Lmao

The people that work there are rude, if you dread your job that much you have the free will to quit. They burn the food, they threw donut holes in a bag with the rest of my food and called it a day. Lazy, rude, and horrible management

Manager and his team is kind and accommodating because I had a customized order. Wicked Green Matcha was nummy.

Ugh..I used to stand behind Dunkin Donuts but I went today and the donuts were horrible my chocolate frosted was barely frosted! What a waste of money!
There’s never been a day I’ve gone where I’ve waited less than 20 minutes for my drink. This last time was the last straw I waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru they forgot my drink and food item and when I drove off I realized they messed up the order that I did get.
Show they are open in web but doors locked and no one answered in drive thru and I see employees having coffee and laughing. It shows open at 5am and 6am still not open.

I come to this location every Sunday morning. The staff is always extremely friendly and efficient. The manager does a great job and interacts very well with employees as well as customers. That’s what makes me want to come back.

The donuts are never EVER fully frosted. This has been a -years- long issue 😵
I arrived at 6:30 and the doors were locked so I tried to go through the drive-thru. The service was ridiculously slow. I waited for 10 minutes but had to drive up over the curb and leave so I wasn't late for work

Why is it so hard for this location to do a decent hot chocolate? Is it really that expensive or hard? Every single time I get one it is WATER literal WATER! Look at this picture and the difference in color of how it should be and what I got. And I know is not a Dunkin policy because I do not have these issues anywhere else but this location EVERY SINGLE TIME. Whoever manages this place, train people to DO BETTER!
