So my husband decided to take me to get a coffee and doughnuts before I went to wkhe ordered a Hot caramel macchiato,a chocolate and maple and two glazed doughnuts and alf iced tea.qe gwt the drive tru and there is no iced tea and u gave me a cold coffee and messed up tje doughnut order thos is beyond ridiculous, either fix your speaker or the employees need to pay more attention

They never get the order right 3 times in a row wrong donuts and barely any frosting on them like it's frosting stop being greedy with it and Boston creme had like a drop in it and was hard.

Went through the drive through. Staff was great at taking care of everyone in line. I had several cars ahead of me and the one in front of me took a while to order. And they were able to get us on our way with hot coffee (like they just poured it). Very friendly staff both at taking my order and at the window.

Went inside with my family to get some ice cream, no one in the lobby we did not get greeted. We waited five minutes, still no service. They were not understaffed. The manager walked by and still did not say anything, and after waiting longer, we finally got their attention. The manager walked away talking to us and said they were "too busy" getting ready for balloon fiesta. The manager then didn't care how she treated the customers. This was at 8:50 pm the old woman manager needs to be fired. 10/11/24

This is a DD and BR combo location. Cool idea. Decent food and Ice cream. It is near the theater so we went afterward.

I went here every day for the last year to get an iced caramel latte and a boston creme donut. The last 4 times I've gone, the drink was awful, and the last 2 times the boston creme had no creme in it. This location was the best one in the entire city, now that it sucks, I'm just done with dunkin. On my way to Target to buy an espresso machine.

So first they can’t get the coffee right 3 times. Second I give a $20 on a $10 order and the guy gives me change without the $10 cash back. It’s like he has never touched money before. Then we ask where is the sandwich we ordered and he is completely clueless. This place had horrible service I will not be returning
I got the cappuccino blast very delicious took a while to make but good customer service.

They don’t call out what the orders are, they just put them on the counter, So everyone waiting has to handle things to look at the sticker to see if’s their order. The only person with excellent customer service was the guy taking your order. Also I waited over 10 minutes for a simple black coffee.
