They should just close this location. 3:30pm on a Saturday and only 2 people are “work”. Had a walk in mobile order and waited 25 minutes for it. Should have ordered it for drive thru because they focused on those customers over the ones in the store. Order 3 drinks: 1 frozen Matcha (didn’t get it frozen), 1 frozen coffee, and a black iced tea with sugar(sugar was on the bottom.
Train your employees to do their job better and take care of the customers as they come in.

Very rude and unprofessional service from the dude with long hair. He literally slammed down my coffee on the counter because he had to remake it when I asked for an iced latte and he made an iced coffee and then stared weirdly until I left. It’s clear he hates his life but don’t take it out on me for ordering a coffee. Will not be back.

Has definitely improved over the last 2 years. Still understaffed, though...parking lot isn't good, but most people use the drive-through, which is good!

They’re frosted donuts are only like halfway frosted. It’s honestly super disappointing. Anywhere else I go they’re fully frosted. I don’t know what is up with this, but the frosting doesn’t even cover the whole top every single time I go also last time we went we stood in one line just to be told that we had to go order from another area then when we went over there, she said no you need to order at the other area so we had to wait in line all over again and then she was very rude getting our ice cream acting like we were bothering her soyeah, do not go here.
