I came to this location yesterday with my two kids and was so amazed at the customer service provided by Bella. Im in the hospitality industry also and I have to shout out how she went above and beyond with her suggestuons and really made our day. My little Izzy wanted to say hi to Bella, and she took time to make her feel so special which meant the world to her. Bella you rock and I will be coming to this location from now on.

I always get the banana bread freeze but today was just bad. I don't even know what this is. Its burnt and watery. Sad.

Went here today waited 30 mins for my drink to be watery I asked them politely to remake it . The two dumbos had an awful attitude! When I got the new one you can definitely tell the difference. All the other location are amazing. Don’t know what went wrong. If you hate your job so much maybe it’s time to look for a new one. Definitely will not be returning

How is it that this is the ONLY location that has no idea what a sugar free is. Putting chocolate milk in a sugar free drink could REALLY ruin someone's day!

Love Dutch Bros! However, after opening so many locations their service has really gone down hill. They take forever to come out and take your order. Almost as if they wait for 10 cars to line up then come out. And to get your drink 15 minutes. If you’re stopping for your morning coffee do not choose this place because you WILL end up late. The slowest coffee service I’ve experienced and this is every single time.
