You earned this one star review I stopped to tell you I ordered a blue raz rebel with blue raz boba the hyperchrome, I left you a $5 tip You talk to me about how your power went out I said this is not right it looks like the regular rebel I do not like the regular rebel You assured me that the raspberry was in there flavoring Guess what it's not when somebody stops after giving you a $5 tip and says hey my drink doesn't look right You need to fix it Don't assure them that it's something that it's not I've had enough drinks from there to know the color was regular rebel thanks for upcharging me for an extra drink and then giving me a piece of junk drink with about five pieces of boba on it. Not at all a happy customer and not driving back through the drive-thru I'm sitting here looking at your shop as I'm giving you this one star do better.

If I’m purchasing a lemonade please give give me lemonade and not super watered down “lemonade” it’s like you guys never have or make enough. If I’m paying for a drink and tipping, please give me what I’m pay for. This is happened several times enough to finally make me write a review.

The lady at the window was very rude. They forgot to put the popping boba in the kids' drinks. I did tell her they got it taken care of, and then she got mad when I asked for napkins because they gave me an over filled coffee which leaked in my car and down the side of my car door.

Always get my coffee fix right!

Mediocre workers who are in no damn hurry. Trapped in the drive thru and had to wait 35 minutes for an overpriced, undersized watered down cup of coffee. Never again.
