I came to this location yesterday with my two kids and was so amazed at the customer service provided by Bella. Im in the hospitality industry also and I have to shout out how she went above and beyond with her suggestuons and really made our day. My little Izzy wanted to say hi to Bella, and she took time to make her feel so special which meant the world to her. Bella you rock and I will be coming to this location from now on.

I messed up and ordered my drink to another location. Without skipping a beat the gentleman helping me asked me to wait and he made my drunk himself. Every worker I’ve encountered has been very nice and has great customer service skills. Great team!! Thank you so much I will be careful next time I order.

Always so pleased with the customer service at Dutch bros, but Sarah was amazing! I never know what to get and she was so helpful and honest about what she likes and what I should try. Such a minor thing but she totally made my day:)
