I ordered a small golden eagle, which I always order at other locations and it was horrible. I'm not sure if they forgot to add the shots but it just tasted like steamed milk. NO FLAVOR.

11/23/24 -Whats the point of pick up if you still Have to wait almost 20 min? The lady with very short black hair served everyone who wasn’t pick up first and didn’t have my order ready till after 20 min. Because of this inconvenience, I was late to my appointment.

Came here today for the first time and will never be back to this location! Dirty! Staff was rude and clueless. Drinks were made wrong! Got totally different that what we always order! And the trash and debris all over the lot was horiable!

They are usually so nice over here, but today was a totally different story. Also would like my cookie butter blended, freeze without sharp hard plastic in it. If I would have swallowed this, it would have definitely done some damage.
