The drinks were fine. They changed the name of the Mocha Bob so now it's hard to order because no one knows the name. The service was not great, and I hate it because I want to keep coming here.
I had THE best experience at this location. Phoebe served us and she was so nice, so professional, and had A FANTASTIC personality. She entertained my questions patiently and made some great recommendations. I can't say enough about the service provided by Phoebe and the rest of the staff.
I used to be a Starbucks fanatic, but this Dutch Bros location has single handedly changed my go to drink stop. Not only are the drinks way better without having to heavily customize them like I do at SB, but the customer service is just top tier. Not once at this location have I had a bad experience. If anything, I’m blown away every time I go through. Staff is super friendly and always down to chat while you wait for your drink, and every drink I’ve ordered has been perfect.
