They’re known for being slower than Starbucks but holy cow we waited over 20 minutes for 2 drinks in the drive through. I sat at the window and watched them gab and talk rather than efficiently get drinks out. Super frustrating.

Set aside atleast 30 minutes to get a drink. Lines are long with no employee in sight to take orders. I like the drinks but not enough to wait 30+ minutes.

I ordered an oatmilk sf white chocolate mocha and it was brown. They said they also use chocolate milk or chocolate syrup in the white mochas. I did NOT want actual chocolate, but just white mocha. I very politely asked if there was any way they could please remake it and they said I would have to buy another one. Starbucks definitely has better customer service and a true white chocolate mocha.

Ordered on the mobile app at 3:45p with a pickup time at 3:53p. Got there at 4:04p, waited in line, got to the window and they said “we’ll start making your order now”… what? Isn’t the point of ordering ahead so that they make it BEFORE you get there? I watched the entire drive thru get served before they even started making my drink. Got my drink at 4:18 so more than a half hour after I ordered it and 25 after the pickup time. Honestly I wouldn’t been as annoyed if they were at least nice but they weren’t.

Visited this dutch bros location on 9/14 around 4:30 ish. When I got to the window I saw what looked like a manager being mean to an employee and all the others looked like they wanted to be quiet to not make her even more mad. I spoke to another manager about it and told him I contacted corporate about the situation and he said that he would mention it to upper management. I hope this is figured out because it feels unfair.

We could tell the supervisor was in a crappy mood, the workers were noticably on edge and we could hear him shouting through the window. Maybe he was having a bad day, but they were very rude about our order being wrong. We were coming for a pick me up after a funeral, left in a worse mood than we started with. Not a good experience at all :/

I just visited here today 6/16 around 11:30 and asked for a large nitro cold brew. Not only did they fill the entire cup up with ice to the brim, they also didn’t even fill the thing up with coffee. I hadn’t even taken a sip when I took the photo. Complete waste of money. I won’t be going back.
