When going through watch if they allow you to choose your tip or not. They will just add whatever if they don’t show it to you. Called the main office to let them know that this is an issue at this location at least, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the same problem at others.

Pretty bad Dutch Bros location. There is always a long line in the drive through, and rarely anyone out taking orders in the line. Expect 20+ minutes in the drive through if there is a line.

Had the best experience today with my drink and the customer service, the two girls (one with red/black hair and facial piercings, and the other with curly hair and glasses) working the front were so kind and treated my dog as if she was their own, and my drink tasted better than it ever has, hands down the best Dutch bros I have ever been too!!!

It is my happy place. I enjoy seeing my favorite Broista's when I stop in. Most already know ny order before I get to the window. They always take care to get my drink just right and remember my four legged dutch pup with her own pup cup!
I’m sorry but I really do not appreciate driving up to the window and seeing an employee slam her cleaning product on the counter and aggressively grab the tablet to then ask “what can I get for you” in an annoyed tone. I totally understand being frustrated when customers come late and interrupt you while you’re doing your closing duties, but in the most respectful way, your literal job is to serve customers drinks from open to close (5am-10pm according to google). maybe don’t work a customer service job that’s open until 10 if customers coming in at 9:30pm is an issue for you and it influxes so much anger that you feel the need to slam your cleaning product down in front of a paying customer :/ I wasn’t even able to get my points, I was too afraid to ask the employee. drinks were good though lol
