I’m sorry but I really do not appreciate driving up to the window and seeing an employee slam her cleaning product on the counter and aggressively grab the tablet to then ask “what can I get for you” in an annoyed tone. I totally understand being frustrated when customers come late and interrupt you while you’re doing your closing duties, but in the most respectful way, your literal job is to serve customers drinks from open to close (5am-10pm according to google). maybe don’t work a customer service job that’s open until 10 if customers coming in at 9:30pm is an issue for you and it influxes so much anger that you feel the need to slam your cleaning product down in front of a paying customer :/ I wasn’t even able to get my points, I was too afraid to ask the employee. drinks were good though lol

This Dutch sucks. I had to stop coming to this location because drinks started to remind me of the dread I felt having to come here. 20+ min wait for a drink is kind of crazy.

On Mother’s Day 05/11/2025 at around 10:46am. Extremely disappointed with this Dutch Bros location. We were in line & we saw it was busy & there was only 1 staff member outside taking everyone’s order. There were 2 vehicles that came in the 2nd lane but we came first. The staff missed us & didn’t take our order & took the ones that were on the 2nd lane. We got confused so when we got to the front, we tried to let them know that the staff member missed us & didn’t take our order & if we can order here at the front or will it affect everyone else’s order? We were just confused & asked nicely but then the team lead was so rude, belittled, & embarrassed us saying that we skipped the line & are lying & to go back to line! My husband also did a review.

I was in line to order, two vehicle came on the other line after me staff member took there order I was skipped didn’t know what to do so I drove up to the window told them I didn’t get to give my order staff member staff member called lead and the lead told me I had to go back in line said I cut the line told him I did not he said why would are staff member lie then he gave me a dirty look he be little me and my wife embarrassed us and was super disrespectful there where not transparent with us on how the line works The lead was unbelievably rude The staff needs to be trained by your Juan tabo location as they are transparent nice and understanding he need to be trained on customer service and empathy this occurred 05/11/2025

3/24/25 Came for a cinnamon Golden Eagle and it tasted like Milk, the color was the color of milk! Was so disappointed. Usually I can taste the espresso. I asked for a cinnamon roll golden Eagle and just tasted like milk. Never had issues until this morning. Idk if I want to come back. Please don’t be in a rush when making drinks. My drink came out before the person in front of me. I didn’t finish it because I didn’t wana drink milk for breakfast.

By far the BEST Dutch Bros. Not only is the service A+, but the drinks taste perfect everytime. They're never over-iced or under-iced, over-blended or under-blended.
I've had a variety of their drinks and have only been disappointed once (and the barista warned me I wouldn't like it. White coffee...Never again). But that was a disappointment I brought upon myself because I didn't heed the warning.
Anyways, amazing people and amazing drinks!
